All in one: very nice and comfortable stay. the staff was 11/10 so friendly and attentive. the hotel restaurant was also super good. we felt very home there and every wish was fullfilled. special thanks to Kemal and Laura :) 9.5 / 10

Misleading Description AVOID Disgraceful. I booked two nights spa weekend at this property, costing over £2000, Only to find out on arrival that there is no spa ! All the spa services advertised on booking.com, their website, and the in room entertainment TV are NOT available. We Expressed our concerns to reception on arrival, which were ignored. Made a further complaint upon returning home, and got a delayed negative response that suggested to leave a review of our experience which I’m doing. We were two of just four people at this establishment. Personally I would avoid it in the future like the plague. There is no atmosphere. Very little staff. 1 restaurant was closed and the one that was open had a limited menu and no customers. The whole experience is quite disastrous don’t waste your money people look elsewhere.

The view on the ocean

Everything. The hotel is old. The rooms are way outdated. The staff were friendly but too few. Looks like a hotel going bankrupt and managing to make some money in it's terminal stage. No room service after 10 pm. Spa always closed. I can't start to describe the nightmare. I had to cancel my stay in the middle of the trip even if i paid 2 nights that i didn't stay and of course they didn't accept to pay back. I felt better paying and leaving than staying longer. Avoid at all costs

We were upgraded to a very nice suite. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast included in the rate. Nice location on the seafront with direct access to the coastal walking path. very nice spa.

The room was very clean and the front desk staff extremely helpful at all times. The spa facilities were great and it was lovely to have this option to use included within the room rate. The manager of the spa was so helpful and friendly at all times also. Massive thank you must go to her.

The fact that there was no breakfast included within the hotel booking, considering the price that was paid. Also, a lot of the machines within the gym were out of service and there was only one restaurant open throughout the stay to eat at.

Excellent hotel, the staff are beyond wonderful and absolute credit to the hotel. Location is right on the beach and on the cycle track of Estepona. Great for walks and a selection of restaurants and beautiful views. Allergy friendly hotel too for anyone gluten free or dairy intolerant - they have various options. Room was fabulous with beautiful views.

Spa with amazing sauna jakuzi ice room! and more. We got an upgrade to the suite room. Very nice view of the mediterane sea and Gibraltar at the horizon. Very healthy breakfast on the seashore Very nice design of the hotel - California Style

The hotel is small which I like, and it was very clean

For a 5 star hotel, there was no welcome what-so-ever, and even a wait for a receptionist to be available. The gym is also substandard for a 5 star. The hotel lacked any atmosphere.
