Spacious villa with all amenities in a good location. Host was great and easily contactable. Great views with new footpath in front of the villa with a 20/30 minute walk into Estepona. Easy drive to both Duquesta and Estepona in under 10 minutes. Spacious garden and sea views.

No spare bin bags or toilet paper provided. Would have like chairs or sunbeds on the top floor balcony. Unfortunately we had neighbours who liked to play music outside, obviously not the hosts fault.

House is spacy, location awesome. We were sleeping all the time with open window to hear sound of the sea. The biggest bedroom has wonderful view for the sea and comfortable bathroom with tube with the view too. Rising Sun was great to enjoy. In the house you can find everything needed. And owner is very helpful and nice. Place is silent, no sound disturbing. Perfect to chill. Beach good to swim.

The fence in the garden disturbs a bit the view but still it is good. The temperature knob from the oven falls out - but the oven works :-) bed mattress are not very comfortable.

Fabulous house!! Perfect for a summer vacation. Great welcome and very easy to arrive. 1 garage parking place. Lot's of space inside and outside. Living room and patio is fantastic any time of the day. Very good equipment and that wonderfull view... The master bedroom is outstanding but the other 2 rooms are much smaller. The pool is very good and 2 steps ways. The access to the beach is made on a private door from the garden.

The beach is not fantastic because it has small stones (not sand) making dificult to enter and exit the water. I would recommend aquashoes especially for children or older people.

Great view, on the beach, great garden with good lounge chairs, master bedroom is georgeuos. Kitched well equipped, living room with everything you need, new tv. Nice maintained pool with kiddie pool as well.

The 2 beds in the smaller bedrooms were less comfortable than the big one, at least for adults. If you need to name something there is not really anything in the neighborhood on short walking distance but stepona is just 5min by car.

Location location location

Great location on the beach, the house was even better than what you see in the photos, amazing host! The house is spacious and clean, it has three bathrooms one of them with an amazing view to the sea. You have linens and towels, including beach towels. The kitchen has everything you need. The garden is very nice and big enough with shade from the palm trees. There is a wide outside terrace where you can eat while enjoying the sea view. The beach is right at your feet. There is an Aldi Supermarket about 10 min walk and a restaurant near it. You can walk on the beach to the port ( partly on the sand, partly on the sidewalk along the residencies, it took us together with our 7 years old son 30 minutes ).
