Delightful B&B with rooms around internal courtyard - perfect for a summer's evening. Very welcoming and with enormous attention to detail for both food and room. Comfortable and well-appointed room and bathroom, excellent breakfast.

Lovely place to stay definitely recommend situated in perfect location to the centre very clean and comfortable.

Just the stairs up to the room from bathroom bit dodgy but was an old building so can't really complain.

We loved everything about our stay! The room was fantastic with lots of thoughtful touches (like the fresh milk) and the hosts were friendly and accommodating.

One minor thing but it was a very wet day and there was no doormat so we worried about traipsing water into our beautiful room.

Very clear instructions sent about finding the parking and getting checked in. A friendly welcome, lovely, very clean room with good facilities. An effort has been made with the décor. Stayed just the one night for work but got the impression nothing was too much trouble to ensure you enjoyed your stay. Didn't try the breakfast as I was in a hurry in the morning but sounded good. It's pretty central in Oswestry so plenty of eating choices and pubs and some pleasant evening walks. Would certainly go back again.

Couldn't connect reliably to the WiFi for some reason. I'm sure if I'd asked it would have been sorted out but 4G reception was fine so just used that instead.

Absolutely lovely place, very central with great parking at the back. We stayed in the top bedroom under the roof, and despite the heat, it felt lovely and cool. The bed was very comfortable, the decor was amazing with old features. Brilliant shower and bathroom, fully equipped room and a lovely enclosed yard. The owners were fantastic and very attentive. We had a great time and would thoroughly recommend it. The town itself was nice to walk around too.

It was very noisy in the front bedroom we didn’t sleep at all as there were lots of pubs about so lots of drunks walking past our bedroom that were terrible loud and arguing and also people in our hotel loud and arguing into the early hours

The hosts really couldn’t have been more helpful.

You have to find alternative dinner arrangements as unfortunately the on site restaurant was closed.

A warm welcome, a stunning room and the best breakfast I have had in a long time as someone who travels regularly for work, this was a social visit but will be back as it was stunning. When I lived locally it was a special occasion restaurant and now its just a hotel but an outstanding place to stay.

the main building where we had breakfast had lovely old beams and the bedrooms were comfortable and cosy. The courtyard was a lovely place to sit for a drink.

the room was comfortable and very good but it was the breakfast that really stood out. probably the best I have had at a bed and breakfast type place.

Very clean and comfortable room. The full English breakfast was delicious, and host and hostess were really friendly and helpful.

It was very quiet at night and comfortable, shower room was great and the breakfast was fabulous did not mind paying extra for this wonderful place the owner was every helpful.
