We knew of this establishment as a top restaurant in the area and had frequented it. The accomodation did not disappoint us equally.

Our stay at Sebastians was exemplary. The owners were delightful and their attention to detail is outstanding. From the cosy, stylishly decorated room to the superb breakfast (which I highly recommend) everything was done perfectly. A great choice if you’re looking for somewhere central in Oswestry to stay.

A really warm welcome from Michelle and Mark upon arrival. My case was taken up to the room while Michelle showed me where the private parking was. Beautifully set around a courtyard the rooms are gorgeous. Sebastian’s itself is lovely! High beamed ceiling on my first floor room, lovely little seating area outside and thick soft carpets on the floor, and a really quirky bathroom with mosaic tiles and a lovely shower. I really liked this place. The little details are lovely things like the Home cooked biscuit on arrival, fresh milk in a tiny bottle, the little extras in the bathroom, vanity kit, shower cap etc Breakfast was superb! Honestly one of the best ever! Lots of choice and great quality ingredients. The detail again at breakfast is just top notch! Napkin folded like a little waiters jacket, breakfast drinks delivered in a wooden box, butter with a side of ground salt so you can opt to have salted or unsalted butter in your home made soda bread toast! Delicious and a lovely breakfast experience. To top it off I slept like a baby in the ever so comfy bed! Huge well done to Michelle and Mark all your effort and care is noticeable. Lovely place recommend you stay if you get a chance you will love it. Lots of places nearby to eat in the evening too.

It was a pleasant surprise that our room was situated within a courtyard setting. Loved that quirky aspect. Ample and very comfortable king size bed, plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate sachets and the offer of fresh milk each day of our short stay. Really warm, friendly welcome and just the right amount of attentiveness. Would definitely book again.

Incredibly friendly and helpful service going the extra mile to look after our needs. On a walking trip, arrived with sweaty clothes and a broken rucksack, both happily sorted. Very comfortable room and excellent breakfast.

Lovely old building with beams and oak doors. Safe and secure entrance with parking on site. Very nice modern bathroom in contrast to the room. Excellent breakfast menu with everything cooked to order.

There was a warm welcome when I arrived, and despite the rain was shown where to park and where my room was personally. The room was very comfortable and the attention to detail was excellent. Only negative was that there wasn’t much room for me to do some work on laptop. But managed without to much problems

This is one of the best places I have stopped, rooms are amazing, food is on another level, hosts are great, it's 10 out 10 for everything, look forward to going back

Would have given this full marks but parking is a little restricted. Staff lovely, friendly and helpful. Our room was delightful and characterful. We visited on a day the restaurant was closed but received good advice on where to eat in the town. The breakfast next morning was tasty and clearly comprised of local fare. Certainly on the list if we visit Oswestry again.

It has steep stairs to the bathroom so if you have mobility issues book one of their other rooms. Dinner in their restaurant was delicious and well priced.Very friendly and helpful service throughout.Parking onsite and an offer to store our bikes if we needed it.We would definitely stay there again and have recommended it to several people since.

Great place to stay, lovely room and very attentive staff. Will want to stay again as we wander up and down the country and hopefully get into their restaurant (our fault we did not book in advance) but Breakfast was superb.
