The best hotel manager.. she made sure we are happy and comfortable at every time she sees us.. and Demetri at breakfast was very nice spirit to meet and chat with every morning .. thank you all for being so nice and hospitable..

The only disadvantage in my point that can can be fine with other people is the exposed shower.. the rest of the room was spacious and well designed..

Everything was amazing. The staff was super friendly, the room was perfect, the view was incredible, and it was just enough outside of town to where you weren't surrounded by tourists, but just close enough for a nice walk in. The breakfast on the balcony was awesome too!

Great stuff, great place, really one of the best places i have been

This stay was out of this world. Upon arrival, they upgraded the room we had purchased to a wonderful Iridium suite. This room was really beautiful, spacious, with an indoor and outdoor hot tub and a view of the sea. A fruit bowl and wine were waiting for us in the room. Bathrobes made of very pleasant material and natural Greek cosmetics were available. The cherry on top, however, was the food! The breakfast was absolutely perfect, probably the best we've ever had. There is a buffet, but you also get a menu with about 30 dishes, from which you can choose 2 options and the chef prepares them just for you. I loved their almond smoothie and pancakes. We also tried the afternoon snack - a burger and Vietnamese dumplings, also delicious. I must also mention the very friendly staff - from the manager, through the receptionist, waiters to the excellent cleaners. We hope to return here soon.

We really enjoyed our stay. We liked our great room with beautiful view and hottub. However what our stay really made was the fantastic crew. The service was perfect. Oh and we had the best breakfast ever in a hotel. Highly reccomend!

The facilities were great, all comfortable, good location 10 min walk to the heart of Rethymno. And super clean

they knew we were coming and didn’t preheat the outside hottub, which took 4 hours to wait for which was a shame!

Breakfast was included and incredible. A small buffet, but you can then choose 2 dishes per person per day! Amazing food, felt like we were going out for brunch every day. Food in the restaurant was also incredible. Highly recommend. Room was fantastic. Really modern, lots of space. We had a private terrace with a hot tub looking out on the sea. Staff were fantastic and always offering to help.

No we were not off to a good start we booked this hotel as we had a 5 hour drive to be able to enjoy the hotel the spa and the restaurant but We were not given the seaview room that we booked so we were very tired and upset and decided to not to spend more money there. They changed our room very late as the ac was not working to be able to leave the door open for some air. The next day when we were leaving the hotel the lift was out of order too. When everything is working this hotel can be magnificent due to its location and decor.

The property is beautiful. A really tasteful modern contemporary finish. Felt like taking a step into Mykonos. The best thing about the place is THE STAFF!! They are absolutely amazing and go above and beyond to make the stay really special. They are always willing to help with a genuine smile, incredibly warm and welcoming and professional. The food is also amazing, particularly breakfast and dinner. The chefs are so talented and we enjoyed all of our breakfast and dinner meals. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and absolutely want to come back in the future by God’s grace. A big thank you to the team at Dyo Suites, they are all superb. The view from our room was spectacular and being so close to the beach was amazing. We also loved having private access to a section of the beach as part of our stay. Room service was also an amazing feature and meals came quickly. The property is well located in Rethymno and is also maintained very well and kept super clean. Overall we had a wonderful time and are so very grateful to the staff especially.

A few small details with the facilities could be improved but nothing that significantly affected our stay here.

Excellent location on the sea front, in the heart of things. Very helpful and friendly staff - Barbara at reception in particular. Large rooms, great shower and very comfortable bed, luxurious setting. Also had an amazing massage from the spa services with Maria. Would highly recommend.

Very small point, the free parking is the public on-street parking and we were off season so no problem finding a spot, it may be more difficult during the high season.

Exceptional hotel, great staff, food was amazing.

The staff was wonderful, extremely helpful, gave us great advise about were to go and arrange a fantastic trip to Samaria gorge.

The room was dark and very noisy, the room is very close to the main road and therefor it was mostly noisy even in the middle of the night.

- Platinum Suite was spacious, very well appointed and beautiful and offered a terrace with jacuzzi and sea-view - Staff exceptional in every way - this is the hotel's most important asset - Breakfast and restaurant food were excellent - Great location - next to the beach and about a 20-minute walk to Rethymno Old Town

Hotel has no swimming pool but we knew that in advance. There is nothing to complain about.

Everything!! This boutique hotel is absolutely amazing!! Right on the beach with very clear water.The rooms are spacious and very modern. The food is next level from breakfast to beachside lunches and delicious dinners . We were there 5 days and didn’t have any meal anywhere else. The staff are fantastic!! They made us feel more like family than just visitors. Dimitris and all the girls are beautiful young people . You would be crazy not to try this hotel.

location was amazing. Right across the street from the beach and walking distance to town with amazing shops and restaurants.

it would have been nice it has a pool area but who needs that when you have a gorgeous beach across the street.

The room was stunning and the view was beautiful. Very comfortable to stay and staff really friendly. The beach facilities were very enjoyable too.

2 small suggestions for improvement. 1. The lighting in the room was a bit dim There could have been an option to turn up the lighting. 2. The omelets served at breakfast were, in my opinion, a bit over cooked. Everything else was great.

Accommodation 10/10 From the moment you enter in the hotel it's a wonderful experience. The room and amenities were fantastic and breakfast 'a la carta' is delightful, I can also recommend to have dinner in the Magma restaurant. I'm looking forward to come back again and I can recommend this place to stay during your time at Rethymnon, quality/price is excellent

The breakfast was amazing! The people are very very welcoming and nice! Dimitris (one of the employees) is very kind and helps the best way possible. In addition the cleaning ladies (Fami and Magda) also did a great job. They kept our room clean even though we brought home sand from the beach every day! The room was nice and spacious. We had about 10 minutes by foot until the start of the old town. Beach was just across the road with very nice cocktails! Velvet touch definitely a must try!:) you for sure won‘t regret staying here.

The bed was for my liking a bit harder than I am used to. But that‘s really the only point I can mention. The rest was amazing and Rethymno and Dyo is for sure a good choice to stay.

Perfect holiday suite, comfortable bed and pillows, 10 meters from beach, sunbeds umbrellas for hotel customer only and drinks deliver to you. All staffs are so nice and bright. Recommend executive suite on the top floor for best sea view.

Food looks excellent here but taste average.

The Palladium Suite was elegant and classy. We loved the jacuzzi, privacy and all the modern touches and quality skincare products provided. Staff were responsive, friendly and helpful.

the staff is extraordinary friendly, no matter what time you always get a smile the breakfast/food is also delicious!! by far the best hotel we‘ve ever been too in greece and we will definitely come back! ☺️
