Suberb by all means. Very friendly and polite owners and staff;a family atmosphere (I had to work at the lobby; whenever this was the case, the lady who owns/runs the hotel was kind enough to bring me a sweet, or fruits). Things that may sound as details, but they do matter. In a great spot of the old town, close to practically all facilities (Museums, restaurants, etc.). The building is of excellent architecture. The breakfast was very good. I will definitely revisit this Hotel hopefully for a longer stay.

Very spacious, comfortable and nicely decorated room with fantastic shower. In perfect location, very calm and quiet but few steps from old town. The staff was very caring, gave us advice. Breakfast was limited but delicious, fresh orange juice, eggs, cheese, sweets... Amenities in shower were of good quality and smelled nice.

The town beach is about 20 minute walk.

The place was very nice and it was a very lovely experience for us. The place offers you all you need for a good vacation: relax, good food, clean and big rooms. The hotel is also an hystorical monument, fact that for us represented very much. We will return very soon to stay here.

Casa Moazzo exceeded our expectations. Perfect location in beautiful Rethymno, within walking distance to restaurants, shops, the old port, beach, car rental, ferry and parking and at the same in a very quiet street. Beautiful well maintained building with two peaceful court yards where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast every day. Anna gave us lots of useful tips, recommended quiet beaches, quality well priced restaurants, and shared the history of Crete with us. The room was spacious, quiet, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Anna and Eva, thank you for your warm hospitality. We'll definitely be back.

the Apartments are in a beautiful old Venetian home that have been beautifully restored. the owner Anna and all the staff were absolutely fantastic right from our very late arrival to our departure. every member of staff was always so helpful and cheerful and I can honestly say as a very experienced traveler it was one of my best hotel experiences ever.

Everything was exceptional. The location in the heart of old town with restaurants, shops, the port and beach in short walking distance. Closest parking is just a few blocks away. The facilities were beautiful and the rooms were large and extremely comfortable. The staff was incredibly friendly and very helpful with providing recommendations and helping with any of our needs. They also have an amazing breakfast which consisted of a buffet as well as coffee, eggs, fruits, desserts, breads, juices… etc, pretty much anything you want and they will prepare many items for you on request.

This gorgeous family-run hotel is beautifully restored and recently renovated from its Venetian origins. Complete with the most up-to-date conveniences (e.g., the best shower we've ever had in our travels, a beautiful home decor bathroom sink, etc.), it retains its historic charm. Moazzo Suites are located in the old town, down a quiet lane, away from the hustle bustle of the nearby tourist area with its abundance of shops, cafes and restaurants. The incredibly comfortable king size bed plus the surrounding quiet allowed for great sleeps. Other pluses: very good wifi; an ample, varied, tasty breakfast served in a courtyard lined with flowering pots; and great people managing the place and working there. Our heartfelt thanks to Anna, Eva and Charlotte.

Everything about Casa Moazza was brilliant, from spacious, comfortable and well appointed suite, to marvellous breakfast, to exceptional hosts/staff who couldn't do enough for all their guests at all times.
