Beautiful, elegant, clean, spacious, well decorated home with a wonderful, well stocked kitchen and a lovely terrace. Really outstanding. In a rural area, it was quiet and peaceful. It made a great base to visit the southeast part of Sicily (e.g., Modica, Scicly, Ragusa, Noto).

The only negative for us were very hard, uncomfortable beds in both main floor bedrooms. We like hard beds, but these were not comfortable for us or the other couple. A mattress topper or new mattresses would be welcome. The washing machine didn't work very well. Otherwise it was truly an outstanding place to stay.

we had a great stay at la casetta. The owner welcomed us at our arrival and explained how to use the house, AC and gave us also a list of attractions, palces to visit and restaurants.

We loved the beautiful house and location, our dogs and cat enjoyed the spacious outside area. The property is very safe, welcoming, comfortable and clean. The hosts (we were welcomed by the daughter, Daria) were extremely friendly and helpful! We will certainly come again!

The villa is gorgeous and perfect for a family of 4. It has a lovely garden and a swimming pool just a short walk away, shared with the next door property. My daughter swam every day at least once and we all really enjoyed it. The rooms are spacious and air conditioned, the kitchen is well equipped (it even has a dishwasher) and there is a barbecue on the veranda. We ate at the table on the veranda when we were eating at the villa or sat on the chairs to drink our morning coffee and enjoyed the view. The location is also very safe, and has a gate. You can drive to lots of places, beaches and sights from the villa, with Pozzallo only a few minutes away, Siracusa less than an hour's drive away, and Ragusa about 30 minutes drive away.

The master bedroom bed is firmer than we like and possibly would benefit from a new mattress. Some people might prefer something closer to civilisation because we did do a lot of driving. The kitchen could have a few more bowls. These are all very minor points and didn't detract from our holiday at all.

The villa is amazing, very spacious, well equipped and has a great garden. Fantastic brunch and barbecue on the terraces. We could use the tennis court and had the shared pool (with the owner's villa) almost always to ourselves. The owner and agency were very friendly and caring.

We rented Roberto’s house with some friends for a long week end and it was the best place we could have thought of for our Sicily trip. The house was clean, functional, beautifully furnished, with aircon in all the rooms. The terrasse and garden were the perfect place to chill and we had access to the swimming pool and tennis court at any time. On top of it the host Roberto was extremely friendly, bought breakfast for us the first day and let us use the facilities as we pleased. I would return there at anytime and cannot recommend it enough !

The shower head in one of the showers didn’t really work while we were there but there was another shower so it didn’t really bother us.
