Le personnel était très gentil. Le restaurant était très bon.

Une fuite des toilettes dans la chambre de mes enfants. Une odeur désagréable d’urine dans la salle de bain et la chambre. Sur les 3 nuits, rien a été réparé. Du coup, cela a duré toute la durée du séjour. Un geste commercial pour le désagrément encouru aurait été mérité et appréciable.

Beautiful hillside location that allows you to get away from the very crowded San Vito lo Capo but only 10-15 mins away We did half board so had a very nice breakfast and either lunch or dinner included. We ended up having a third meal there on two occasions as the food is so delicious. I regret not asking for a cooking lesson to learn how to make their paccheri pasta with pistachio and red prawns (ps no idea if they offer that!) The pool is small, but it gets shade which in 42C heat meant it was a very nice temperature and frankly a welcome relief Beautiful features and well designed we booked very last minute as our flight was cancelled and we had to stay in Sicily for extra days, but this made it very pleasant

The stairs to our daughters’ suite were frankly dangerous - they need some kind of railing / warning. I wouldn’t put an old or inflexible person in that room. Having said that two of the teenagers did fall down the stairs but they’re bouncy at that age 

Location was beautiful up in the hills, the facilities were great and well maintained,the staff very polite and accommodating. We would say a car hire is a must to get about and visit local beaches, restaurants and shops etc We ate at the restaurant at the Hotel once but preferred to go out to San Vito lo capo as there was much more choice and value for money.

We would of loved to have a tea- coffee facility in the room.

The hotel and the staff were amazing. Breakfast was great and had a wide variety of foods and beverages. The room in which we stayed was very cozy and comfortable. Also, everyone from the hotel staff was really helpful to all our requests and was really kind!

A lot of mosquitos and flies, bring an insect repellent if you can !!

Service could have been better, we waited for one bottle of water for 20 min at 40 degrees and sometimes the staff couldn’t speak English at all, which was very difficult ….

Everything was wonderful. The place is nice, the room was very big and clean. Delicious rich breakfast, Nice and quiet area, close enough to San Vito lo Capo and the beautifull Lo Zingaro nature reserve. We had a wonderful time, thank you!
