Персонал очень услужливый и приветливый. Уборка на уровне, гостиница очень чистая. Расположение - главное достоиство этой гостиницы - 10 минут легкой прогулки до моря. 10 минут до центральной пешеходной зоны Варны. 10 минут на такси до любой точки города. Прямо напротив центральный парк Варны - Приморский Парк. В некоторые дни очень хороший завтрак. В номере есть не только мыло и шампунь, но и наборы: бритва, зубная щетка с пастой, и даже нитки с иголками.

Несмотря на то, что гостиница содержится хорошо и убирается очень хорошо, она уже не новая и совсем несвежая. Держатель для душа в нашем номере был сломан и душ падал. Нет возможности нормально просушить купальники после пляжа. Были дни, когда на завтрак подавали вчерашние овощи и холодные сосиски и даже холодную яичницу. А были дни, когда завтрак был отличный. Заказывать обед в ресторане не рекомендую - заказали суп и салат, есть невозможно. В гостинице можно курить в лобби. То есть пройти мимо накуренного помещения не дыша дымом невозможно. В гостинице постоянно находятся люди очень бандитского вида, прямо братки из 90х. Хотя нам их присуствие не мешало. Вай-фай хорошо работает только в лобби. На уровне третьего этажа он работает через раз, на четвертом не работает вообще.

The location is SUPER nice, very close to the beach. The hotel has it's own parking so you don't need to look for parking on the street. The room was clean and had plenty of towels, and bath accessories. The staff is super friendly and do an amazing job! We had an extra person come along and they sorted out the extra bed with zero issues. The coffee at the reception is VERY nice.

A once incredible hotel, now seems like it's run down. Needs a renovation badly, the room door had gaps, the shower didn't work correctly and the shower head holder wasn't functional. The beds were old and not very comfortable, the room smelled of mold and the air conditioning would randomly shut off. Also there were 2 outlets in total available that were only in one corner of the room. Breakfast wasn't too great either. And the big metal tags on the keys are really unnecessary.

The room was clean and quite. The location is great and there is a good parking space free....great advantage.

Even we had a lux room was quite small and the view is not extraordinary... the carpet must be changed...

Central location, nice room, good variety of cosmetics in the bathroom.

I didn't had time to try the breakfast, but that's on me :) There were good options in the menu.

nice people at the desk, the suite has 40 mp, you choose the temperature for the room

we were a group of 8 people; two suits and two duble room; just 2 people from a suits had slippers; at least they could warn us in a mail about this. Some of us had their slippers buț others not. I sow that there are information from other clients with the same isues, so this is a problem.
