The swimming pool was very entertaining and fun to be in and the nighttime animation was sensational and enjoyable. The location was good.

The hotel was not clean at all; the floor and the bedsheets weren't clean. The interior design was outdated and the WiFi did not work inside of the rooms or outside of the reception. Additionally, there were no towels available in the rooms and we had to wait until midnight to get some, after speaking to multiple staff members regarding this. There were too many visitors and the hotel did not manage that well. The quality of the food was incredibly low; the food served near the pool wasn't even edible. Definitely not a 4-star hotel, certainly not coming back.

not clean at all, bad smell everywhere. the housekeeper stole my father's shaving machine. this hotel is not safe and dirty Don't go there even its free.

The room and view were super nice. Hotel bars were great and fabulous bar staff. Great reception staff.

The twin beds pushed together, mattress was too firm.

The staff at the bar / the snack bar / the restaurant / the front office manager ..there were all very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Mr. Abdelwahed the luggage handler . Mr. Rachid the bar manager , Mr. Kamel the bartender Mr. Moez the front office manager

The food was terrible ( no choices at the buffet ) The rooms are old ( no working TVs ) The room wasnt cleaned for the first 3 days The snack bar had only pizza for food .

Friendly barstaff

The rude hotel female manager, she was aggressive with guests, so much to say she stormed into the game area yelling about the noise coming from the air hockey tables ...then she yanked the power cord out of the outlets of both tables while guest where playing. She exhibited very poor customer service skills and rude and aggressive behavior. If the air hockey tables are not to be used after certain hours then there should be a sign posted.
