Everything else, 5 start are not relevant, price to high, you can see used to be a great hotel, but it has not been maintained. Pool was full of dead bugs, surroundings with broken tiles…

We booked a hammam massage package. The massage was just 15-20 minutes of a whole 1,5 hours.

The location is perfect: free parking outside the Old Town wall, and the Medina is right around your feet. Could not be more convenient . Then there is the building itself and its appointments ... yesteryear splendor! Let's not forget the staff... these are people who "get" service with a personal touch. Can't praise them enough.

Throughout Morocco, hotels did not have any cooling turned on (this was Feb). I get that they *expect* us to be cold, it not everyone can sleep in a hot room. This is a critique of the entire industry, not just Heure Bleue. We slept with all windows and doors wide open.

The staff are exceptional. Everyone is so friendly and cannot do enough for you. They all made our stay waht is was - perfect!

faded glory, poorly maintained, clattering airconditioning during the night (second night we have had an new room. The rooms are smelling of damp and mould, the furniture is sticky. Food at rooftop is bad, I have had a food poisoning. Photos do not match the reality.

Great location, wonderfully stylish, but relaxed. Roof top pool was a major bonus. The service was great, concierge booked restaurants for us and a member of staff even took us and our bags to the Avis rental car office!

The bedrooms were beautifully decorated but we found them rather stuffy because we could not open the windows onto the courtyard.

As soon as I entered the hotel I felt a terrible smell that was all over poor and bad breakfast in buffet.

Everything has been perfect , from the atmosphere to the attention to details… the staff is very friendly and the room are superb , clean and very confortable. The restaurant serve delicious traditional food a l’avant garde . Great Choice!
