How cosy and spacious the room is.

The carpet needed vacuuming here and there but, apart from that everything else was great.

that our rooms were checked by staff before we could get the bond back. Felt discriminated. I’ve paid many bonds at Motels and Hotels and have NEVER had staff check our rooms including the cupboards and drawers to get a $100 per room bond. This is not normal. Is this done for every person who books in? For this reason I won’t recommend this place or return.

We stayed at 4 different places in palmy and this was by far the best suited to our requirements. Love that our room had a kitchenette and was well spaced with multiple areas within the open-plan room. Definitely staying next time we are in town

Location of hotel is good

We have stayed at this place few times now and really enjoyed apart from recent. Bed appeared smaller the mattress was way to soft where u could feel the springs room was right beside the road and traffic was loud other then that room was fine

the room was amazingly big , loved how big the bed was , super clean , the staff are friendly ,no negatives from me
