Horrible smell in unit 1 - 2brm apartment. Had to sleep with windows open. The smell made the place feel dirty. Women receptionist said, “what do you want” when I walked in, how rude lady, use your manners! Another guest had mentioned this in her feedback. I wish I had read all the feedback, I would never have stayed here. Old, tired, bathroom floors sticky, toilet smelt.

The hotel was in the perfect location, staff were friendly, the room was clean and tidy with good facilities. We were able to park right outside the room.

Pleasant garden view. Room was spacious and quiet.

A great location in Fitzherbert Avenue in Palmerston North. Only a short walk to a beautiful park with a lovely cafe and animal rescue complex. We recommend the Esplanade Cafe located in a lovely old Villa and highly recommend a visit to the animal rescue complex, it's great!

The bed was comfortable, the room was very clean, nice and warm with the available heating.. was a lovely stay

The man was lovely wen we checked in, but when I went to check out and hand key back I found the lady to be quite rude
