NO AIR CONDITION IN THE HOTEL AND WAS HOT AND I GOT SICK. I DID'T NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL THE SECOND NIGHT I MOVE TO ANOTHER ONE

Amazing place to stay

Late calls from reception. But they were still very nice.

Big room. Helpful cleaning staff.

Unhelpful front desk. Gave me a key that didn't work. Twice. No AC. Room faced extremely busy and noisy road

The front desk staff always so nice and helped my wife to print some documents.

I think we're with high expectations after staying at the one over in Puebla, the room wasn't that clean and nice as the last one mentioned. The mattress and pillows were terrible my back hurts next day. The shower wasn't seal and bunch of water came out. Sad... Sad

The room was large, clean and comfortable, and the staff were very nice.

The Wifi was beyond poor. I was working while visiting and at times the Wifi was so bad that my calls would drop, and I would not be able to work. Streaming was inconsistent as well for personal Wifi use. The location was not terrific but it was easy to get downtown.

the bathroom, our first night we didn’t know when u shower EVERYTHING GETS WET, Yes including both toilets, and toilet paper! We have never experienced nothing like it.

The room was a good size and clean

Not the safest and best neighborhood. There was noise in the lobby that we could hear all the way on the 3rd (top) floor. Drunk people screaming until 3am. We called down tot he receptionist twice asking them to please ask those people to be quiet however no action was taken.

Great breakfast and spacious rooms.

Check out was at 12, so gathered all stuff and then had breakfast. 1153 came back to brush my teeth and collect my stuff. Was unable to access my room, had to go back to reception as they blocked my key card from 1130(hotel policy). But then when I got back to the room 1158 the receptionist called me once at 1200 and then again at 1202 to leave the room ASAP. It was just really ridiculous. Otherwise its next to a motel which makes the whole place a bit shady. The hotel may even manage the motel, this was not clear to me...

Unfriendly staff, dirty room, noisy at night, charged us for two rooms even that we booked pne.

A basic hotel close to the Bus station and with a good distance to the airport, which was the main reason I booked it. Room was clean and huge, but a little bit noisy due the traffic.

I arrived around 1 pm and I could not check in before 3 pm. If you are departing early sundays, there is no breakfast option since restaurant opens at 09 or 10 am.
