Breakfast was good. Hamper was restocked with goodies daily- fresh fruit, pastries, toast etc. Deborah was lovely and we were made to feel very welcome.

Location was fantastic with easy access to the lake and armalthwaite hall. Hosts were extremely friendly and helpful even offering to give us a lift back to the venue to get our car after a wedding we had been to.

spacious room. lovely comfortable bed very clean, good shower. large tv with Netflix. hamper style breakfast was ideal and suited us as we were out early and could take items with us. hamper replenished daily. good selection of tea and coffee included in the room. lovely farm location and pretty views

A great place to stay if you are looking to do Skiddaw. Had a really good nice sleep the host is a lovey lady. we ll definitely be staying again

A beautiful location and a very nice room. The bus stop to Keswick is literally outside the property.

Not many taxis available in Keswick to return after a night out.( it was Bank holiday weekend though )

The room was kept exceptionally well and clean and was in a great location for walks and only a 5 to 10 minute drive to keswick. Both Abby and Corinne were really good hosts.

The location on Bassenthwaite was picture perfect, ideal for walking and touring. The host family (and their lovely dogs) could not have been more welcoming and friendly. Although we only stayed for a short time we feel wonderfully refreshed and can’t wait to return

Everything was spotlessly clean, the hosts Abby and Corrine were super friendly & welcoming. Such a beautiful farm a short drive from Keswick town centre. Easy to find, view from our room was amazing, so lucky to be able to wake up to such a stunning view of the hills and lake.

Nothing! although would love to bring our dog alone, but understand why this is not possible on a working farm with livestock and machinery
