I always enjoy my time at the Renaissance and this stay was no different. As always, the bed was comfortable, the view was lovely (I stayed in a corner room on the top floor), and the bathroom was nice and spacious. In addition, the staff was super friendly and I want to give a shout-out to Rocco who helped my friend and I when we were having trouble locating our Didi on our way out to dinner. He even checked in with me when I came back to ask how our evening was. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful. I also really enjoyed the breakfast.

The bed was nice and large and very comfortable to sleep on. There was a pretty decent view and all the curtains in the room were automatic, which was nice. My favorite part of the room was the bathroom, which was spacious and included a walk-in shower with rain head, a large bathtub and relaxing bath salts. All the staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet was pretty good, with a nice selection of western and local dishes.

I honestly can't think of anything negative to say. I had a wonderful stay and would stay there again. It's a nice hotel for a short, relaxing stay in Beijing.

When we arrived (at 2 pm), the room was not ready and we need to wait until 3:30 pm to receive our keys. We paid for an upgraded room with a view of the forbidden city, but the view was a little disappointing.
