Great place to stay clean , animal friendly. Michi, Sarge is giving you a slobber 🐾 and rex is saying thanks for the ball, and lucy is thankful that you want us there. Owners are so friendly and we will be back there with the same crowd

Staying here was just lovely. It was private and warming.
Everything was clean, all the amenities that you would need and the host was accomodating to help in any way she could.
Archie my fur baby felt very comfortable and he knew he was welcomed with open arms.
I would stay here again, it was a home away from home.
The surroundings were relaxing with lovely mature trees and a sense of peace though close to all the shops and train station.
The host was a beautiful woman and her dog was just adorable.💜💜

The accommodation is wonderfully tranquil, and its location is incredibly convenient, just a 10-minute stroll from both the train station and local shops. The communication with the host was excellent throughout my stay.

Beautiful, quiet, tucked away accomodation with space for our pet Kelpie to run around in the fenced property.
With a dog park around the corner, our puppo enjoyed the stay just as much as us!
Michi was such a generous, kind, helpful host and we felt comfortable from the second we got there. Even provided treats for our dog!
The location is awesome, a short walk to the train station and shops.
Couldn’t recommend more highly and will be back in future!

The owners of the property are Absolutely Amazing Wonderful people. My husband and I got food poisoning after being out the first night and the owners Michi and Russell went out of their way to help us whilst we were so ill. Their care and attention shows how they run their business and care for their guests whilst being in the guest house. We were so greatful for their help I would come back and stay here again. I also beleive we have meet the most genuine family I could ever meet. I would recomend this to anyone looking to stay and also for the care of our pets. They love all animals and nature. This place has been blessed with Love and Happiness. So Thank You to Michi and Russell for everything.

Michi greeted us on arrival and showed us around. Comfortable bed, good heating & air con, smart TV, and just up the road from a little trail into the Royal National Park. The neighbourhood was generally quiet, although there is a soccer field nearby and we could hear kids playing on Saturday morning. Michi was very accommodating and was flexible with check out time. Would stay again.

We enjoyed two great nights in this beautiful, Japanese inspired hideaway in the Sutherland Shire. Excellent, central location within walking distance to specially shops and cafes.
The space was private, tranquil and spacious with everything you could need.

The check in process and communication was flawless. The Owner/Manager was pleasant, efficient, helpful, and considerate in all respects, eager to assist! The suite was private, clean, well-equipped and aesthetically attractive. Neighborhood was safe, clean, and close to amenities and transit.

A delightful studio apartment in which to spend a couple of days. It had everything we could ask for, and more: cleanliness, comfort, serenity and ambience, as well as convenient distance to the city, coast and National Park. Michi is a thoughtful and welcoming host.

Wonderful contact with Michi and was greeted by Russell at the time of my arrival. My staffy, Queen 13, was greeted wonderfully by Russell and was told ' this is your front yard' once she was out of the car 💖
There was very comfortable and welcoming conversation and I was informed of anything I needed to know while I was there.
I have not one thing to complain about with either the hosts or the property.
I needed this time for quiet thoughts and to spend time alone with my senior fur-baby and this is exactly the place for that.
I would lnot hesitate to go again in the future with my Queen

Thank you for providing lovely accommodation for a very enjoyable stay. Accommodation was very clean and comfortable. Location very convenient for our needs during our stay, and Gypsy (our dog) absolutely loved it and its close proximity to oval and off-leash dog park. Thank you.

The room was very well presented. Clean and cheerful, loved the Japanese decor and the little private garden. The only problem was the garden is all pebbles and my fussy baby prefers grass so we had to go out to the front yard. The hosts were very friendly. Loved the fact that I could bring my car in under the carport made it easier to load and unload. I will definitely book in there again next year. Thanks for the hospitality.

This was a great experience. Owners were amazing. Very close to all destindations we needed. This property was very peaceful and we felt so comfortable it was just what we needed. I have 2 small dogs who thought it was a great place to stay and were made to feel very welcome.
I will be booking for any occasion that I need to spend time in Sydney.

Authentic Japanese boutique accommodation where everything has been thought of right down to supplying spare batteries for the remote controls! Genuinely pet friendly. There’s even an off leash park in the same street. Quality towels, linen, comfy bed, cosy lounge area and private tranquil garden. An oasis in suburbia.

This property has been receiving guests for many years, and guests have left many 5 star reviews, and I think the property deserves 5 stars. It is extremely clean, and thoughtfully furnished and provided for. The host is extremely hospitable, and treats the guests as honoured guests of her own home. You have to accept the limitations of the property, which are made clear to potential guests. There are no laundry facilities and only a microwave and a hotplate, not a full kitchen. This accommodation is the first one that I would look up for availability if we ever stay in the Sydney area with man's best friend as part of the travelling party.
