The view is amazing, the location is great, it was a 15 minute walk to the old town and beach. The stuff was friendly.

The lady at reception was very helpful and tried to solve the issues mentioned below. The view from the apartment terrace was very pleasant. Spacious accommodation. Kitchen had sufficient equipment. TV had English channels. The town and the long promenade from Lovran to beyond Opatija was excellent.

The apartment needed maintenance: e.g. the patio door from the apartment to the terrace did not lock properly, the mechanism to raise the sunshade and hold it in place on the terrace was broken....it was necessary to tie the shade in place. Internet did not work in the apartment: it was necessary to move to a common area or use the connection from another apartment. The landlord (Vinko) knew there were issues and insisted on meeting us when we checked out, but instead confused our issues with those of another client. Parking was up a steep driveway. Window in the bedroom was tiny and made the room dark at all times. Apartment was uphill from the beach which was some distance away.

The room was spacious. This room has own terace with beautifull seaview. Place has nice garden. The equipment of the room was sufficient.

The room would need a little renovation. From the beach to the house it is about 10 minutes up the stairs to a steep hill - just information not negative.

The location is a dream. Above Lovran, view at the sea, surrounded by palm trees etc. Short distance walk to the city and the beach. Very clean house/rooms and very kind hosts. Thank you so much.

This villa is outstanding! The apartment is just big enough, clean, comfortable, new and the view is out of this world! Easy to find, parking is available and free, Vinko is such a great host! If you need anything he'll get it for you. And always asking if you need anything else! I do recommend strongly!

Very beautiful view, location is great! Apartment is very big and clean. Price and quality is perfect. The living room is very cozy. Overall, the place is good.

This apartment isn’t comfortable. The kitchen isn’t comfortable, the closet is very small. Shower water flows out. Space is not used rationally. But these little things did not spoil the rest.

only thing we were missing was sunshade on the balcony. In the morning the sun was already hot and you cannot really sit outside only from afternoon hours

We had an apartment in the top floor of the house and the view from up there is amazing. The apartment was clean and very "airy" since there's two doors that lead out to the big balcony. Both living room with the kitchen and the bedroom are spacious and for me it was a very pleasant stay. Would definitely go back.

Fabulous location , even with corona lockdown , we had a great time , good sized supermarket is only 100 metres away , so we stayed 4 days and cooked our own meals and had drinks and lunch and dinner on the balcony . Great host and staff , very friendly and helpful . there is a lovely 7km costal walk on the shoreline with kiosks and coffee to go along the way , a regular 30 minute bus to Rijeka or 140kuna bolt taxi . so off season tourism can be great fun .

We were there with two kids and the apartment that we had reserved was obviously too small for 4 people but we hadn't been prevented about this inconvenient. We notified this fact to the hosts and after that during our stay the hosts were surprisingly unfriendly with us ( despite the quite positive reviews about their behavior). The view from our bedroom was a bit disappointing because it was on a drainage shaft.
