ずっと泊まりたかったホテルでした。 パークビューの素敵なお部屋で添い寝の子どもの分までタオルなどが用意されていて快適でした！

ホテル内やお部屋もとても清潔で、過ごしやすい環境でした。 外の景色も良く、そしてなによりスタッフ様のご対応がとてもよく思いました。

部屋の都合でグレードアップのお部屋を案内してくれて、最高の景色とお部屋でした。 夜のビュッフェもとても美味しく頂きました。

良くなかった点はありません。 大変満足です。

いつもユニバに行く際は利用しています。

以前は水のペットボトルを備え付けてあったのですが、今回ウォーターサーバへ取りに行く仕様になっていたのが残念でした。変更の理由等は理解していますし事前にアナウンスがあったか分かりませんが、変更になったことを確認していなかったため事前に購入しておらず、かつウォーターサーバが部屋から遠くとても面倒でした。部屋に帰ったらリラックスした格好になるしもう部屋から出たくない。。。 せめて各階２箇所あるといいなぁ。 それ以外はいつも通り立地も清潔感も最高でした！

過ごしやすい環境とスタッフの方の対応がすごく良かったです！

ホテルがすごく清潔で荷物も上まで運んでいただいたり必要なものをすぐ部屋まで届けていただいたりこちらの要望もすぐに対応してくれました。とてもよかったと思います！

I like the layout and how there was a convenience store and eatery inside the hotel. I also loved how it looked very old Hollywood themed!

USJからとても近いこと。 ホテルと併設してあるお店での特典。 コンビニにホテルから出なくても行けること。 スタッフが客をよく見て、丁寧に案内してくれること。 部屋が広く綺麗だったこと。

Love that the location was right outside USJ which was perfect for the little ones. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was nice and spacious.

Wish hotel had the ability to transport bags to the next hotel in Osaka within 24 hrs

The location was perfect for our purposes as it was located right at the entrance to USJ. Staff were accommodating, rooms were clean and comfortable and the laundry on each floor was a godsend to us at this stage of our trip.

Nothing it was a great hotel to stay in.

If it was any closer to the universal studios, you would be inside the park! Lovely staff and easy check in & out! They stored my luggage until 9pm no problem! Great buffet breakfast, it’s so big that there is a map!

Room was a little dated compared to the flash lobby space but I was on a “art deco” floor so that might be why it looked that way.

滞在時間が短いのを考慮して頂けたのか広い部屋を用意して貰えました。受付スタッフさんの対応が丁寧で、とても親しみやすいです。

朝食バイキングでスタッフさんが歩き回り過ぎではないかと思いました。また、テーブル上のトレーを下げる時に無言で持って行く方がいました。一言、声を掛けるべきだと思います。

The location was great, inside the Universal Walk, no complaints there, breakfast was amazing tons of options.

The staff was not so friendly towards us at the beginning, It felt like they couldn't believe we had a reservation, but they changed once they found out we had a reservation, perhaps just a poor interpretation from our side but it felt like that. The wifi in the room wasn't working at all, not a poor signal, just non-existent at all, We called the reception and they mentioned it was broken, This looks really bad in a hotel of this kind, We had data but some travelers don't so bad experience right there.
