The room was atrocious. It was filthy and damaged - looked like it had housed crackheads for the past year. Curtains were hanging off the rails giving no privacy from a pathway and neighbouring property. Windows were not secure. Bathroom sink and shower was disgusting. Reception staff member could barely speak a word of english besides "drivers licence" and "thank you". I took photos because it was so beyond bad. The cost was $115 p/night. I would not suggest it should charge anymore than $50 p/night. I am a regular hotel/motel stayer and am not precious about budget rooms but this was appalling.

Agreed to reduce my price when one guest of our group could not attend and also I think it helps feeling trustworthy of a motel that they just viewed my driver's licence and noted its number, NOT photocopying it.
