Lovely views , staff was friendly, sound of the waves while you sleep was amazing

Breakfast was horrible. Very bad selection. Water was dirty, pipes were clogged. Bathroom was smelly. Everything needs a lick of you paint and some polish.

The views were fantastic, the pool is great. Everything about this hotel is exceptional, especially the staff. They were so kind and friendly, they really made the whole experience magical, we can't thank them enough.

Some things were a bit run down since I first stayed there 10 years ago and the balconies were a little dangerous.

We stayed for a little over 3 weeks. Beautiful views and great common areas, friendly staff and clean rooms.

The location is a bit out of the way which is great if you want to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. The driveway is very long and steep.. not good for walking up and challenging if you’re not confident riding a motor bike.

Best hotel in Koh Phangan! It has an astounding view from all the rooms and the pool is just magical! We loved the staff and could even rent scooters from the reception. Overall the best Thailand experience ever!

Great staff. Very welcoming and kind. The pool is nice and there’s a good view overlooking the ocean.

I’m not one to complain but the rooms (or at least the one I stayed in) really needed a facelift. So much of the space feels cheaply put together and numerous things were falling apart (air conditioner fan, bathroom shelf/towel rack). The doors did not fit their frame so there was a large gap in the doorway which lead to a cockroach getting in. The water pressure for the shower is really, really poor.

Wonderful Resort with lovely rooms with an amazing view! Really friendly staff & a wonderful pool. One of the best places in Koh Phangan for this price!

The view is breathtaking. There is just no match to this. One can sit for hours at the terrace to cherish the view. Very peaceful. Food at the adjoint restaurant is good & reasonably priced. Staff are polite and friendly. It's 10/10 for these, or may be even more.

As other travelers mentioned this property needs urgent renovation. Just how good the view is, the other aspects are just the polar opposite. I had a Sea View Suite with Spa Bath. 1st of all, the architecture of this property is not made keeping convenience in mind. There are a lot of steps everywhere, big steps. There is a restaurant, I guess it's not part of the property, that's the only place you can have your meals unless you have a scooter with you. The path to that restaurant is steep. You can't bypass that trekking sort of effort to have food. Few basic things I found missing. Ex:There is no place to refill your bottle with fresh n clean water. You have to buy bottled water (which I avoid for the sake of the environment). The room facilities and hardware need an urgent overhaul. Metal surfaces are all rusted, table, door handle etc. Wash basin is almost water blocked. Bathtub/jacuzzi is very old, very difficult to operate, & hot water isn't really hot. There is a torchlight provided in the room, that is so rusted that it's literally leaking molten metal from the battery/cells inside. The bed wasn't the most comfortable. The pillows are too thick and hard. I struggled to have a good sleep. Overall: great location and view. The view alone makes it worth a visit. But the property needs a huge overhaul, the conditions can't be overlooked.

The property is a bit out of the way allowing for a peaceful atmosphere surrounded by nature. We were able to organise a pick-up service from the ferry terminal. Breakfast which is included was great and includes a few different a la carte options to choose from and is served on a balcony/deck like area with amazing views to have while enjoying your breakfast. The room was spacious and comfortable and had a nice mountain view. The 420 club is next door and has food and drinks and is an amazing place to watch the sunset.

You will need a mode of transport such as a scooter to get around the island as there isn't that much in the immediate area. The location in the midst of nature lends itself to mosquitos and other kinds of insects, so be prepared.

It was nothing like the photos, there were cockroaches in the room (one was found dead in my fridge), the pool wasn't usable (under renovations), my bed was not comfortable at all, breakfast wasn't great, I requested a double bed seeing as they gave me two single beds for a single occupant of the room - took 2 days to sort out, there was mold + mushrooms growing on my chair, asked for a replacement (they gave me a broken chair).. just all round disappointing

The staff are amazing Toey, Kai & Nok are all lovely! Free daily shuttles to beaches, supermarkets & other local attractions! The best breakfast we’ve had since travelling & we’re 9 weeks in travelling through the whole of Asia & the most gorgeous view to have breakfast over looking the sea! Nice pool & room with a view of the mountains! Perfect location if you’re going to the Full Moon Party as it’s far enough away from the craziness but they provide a shuttle on the night of the party & then you can relax & recharge when you return as it’s very quiet!

The 420 club bar is great when it’s open we tried to go twice during our stay for food & drinks & it was shut both times due to weather & just randomly shut early as it was quiet but thankfully Nok very kindly ordered us food from Grab as it’s far from everywhere, but when the bar is open it’s a super place cool atmosphere & nice lights & views! There is a sign to the beach at the resort so we walked down & the stairs are very steep & we finally got to the bottom & there was no beach just stairs going into the sea & the sea was so rough it was dangerous & impossible to swim so don’t attempt to walk to the beach as there isn’t a beach! But asides these 2 very small things we loved our stay here & the staff will do everything for you!

The dated resort...the lack of bar and restaurant....the place needs an investor and a full refurb to get back on track...I wish them luck
