The staff were very helpful and very close to the train station.

the correspondences i had with the hotel set me off and was not very optimistic as i felt that they are very strickt and not willing to help or support.

Staff were helpful and the conservatory bar was really nice. The room was quiet at night despite being opposite the train station.

The room, especially the bathroom could have been cleaner. The socket near the mirror was broken. The rooms are very small. The train station has a lot of beggars around and if we had known there had been a football match on also, we wouldn't have chosen the hotel as there were hoards of people drinking and shouting all day (thankfully not at night).

Location right by the station was great, front desk staff were very friendly, room was comfortable

The elevators were too often tied up by housekeeping - va small thing, but irritating.

Bathroom glass door which doesn’t let isolate the room completely - when the door is closed, some space remains always open. Also the Lay-out of the room was not good. bathroom with glass door is located right next to the bedroom. When bathroom is used in the middle of night, bathroom light was extremely bright and disturbs person sleeping in bed. Price doesn’t represent for the size of the room and facility.

Pillows were too high- need other options. The beds wobbly
