The hotel staff were very friendly.
This hotel is mosquito infested around the bar and breakfast areas. Little precaution appeared to have been taken to try to manage this issue, and the hotel staff and management were not very concerned at guests getting bitten multiple times during meals taken in these areas. Also, the bed I got was not very comfortable. This was really disappointing.

Location
Curtains very poor and no blackouts and balcony light very bright and no way of switching it off from the room.We didn't sleep well because the light disturbed us a lot.Marriot need to put blackouts or allow guests to switch off balcony lights from the room

Room service was an issue. It was either late or hard to place. Otherwise the staff were lovely and the pleasantries were consistent.

Our stay was wonderful at this hotel. The staff, food and rooms were great. My whole family would definitely stay there again when in Rwanda.
Our room was cleaned once. We however were in and out of the room often so this was not their fault and they cleaned it any time we requested this.

Was comfortable
They cancelled our reservation without any notification. Even on Booking our reservation remained confirmed even though it was cancelled.
When we arrived for the booking proccess it was late and they would not uncancell the reservation. We had no choice but to rebook at a higher price since there was no where else we could really go at that hour.

I was only able to stay one night because the rooms were fully booked
I was only able to stay one night because the rooms were fully booked. I came in at 12 midnight and had to leave at 11 am. I was not able to experience much in my stay
