An excellent location & right next to the subway entrance. Very easy, & cheap, to get to the airport on our departure.
The breakfast was excellent with a wide choice of food on offer. The one dinner we ate in the hotel was also very nice with a sweet little cake produced for my wife's birthday.
The room was very clean & the staff very friendly & helpful.
The bar area could be a little more attractive.
As we were 3 in our room I opted to keep the king bed but with an additional one brought in. The extra bed was not what I would expect for such a fine hotel. I never mentioned it as it was still comfortable, but in future I would opt for twin queen beds instead.

the service is excellent. super attention to detail. staff Morhan upgraded our room and gave us a complimentary welcome drink at the bar due to the long wait for the room. decorate our room with cakes and lots of surprises. super touched. will definitely come here again

on arrival they informed me that room cleaning was every 2nd day. having not book a camping i objected and then they came every day. May be they confuse saving the planet with saving money 😉 in the end it was perfect/fantastic

Ambience & decor was chique. Rooms were stylish, lots of leather & wood. View of cityscape good for chilling out. Quiet. Gym was great. Room was clean. Toiletries were high quality. Location was great!
Noise insulation from toilet was poor - issue for room sharing. No mini bar. Price was a little high for the package.

The rooms were very spacious and luxurious and thoughtfully appointed. Great location and great views of the surrounding area.
The breakfast was a huge disappointment for a
hotel of this calibre. Particularly, the Chinese section was flavourless, dried out and luke-warm.

Room was spacious, bed was comfy and level 5 is a lovely cute lounge with huge bears.
The rainfall shower was a little weak and the hose shower was titled at an angle, no matter how hard we tried to adjust it.

Sofitel are not proving amenities like they use to and are saying is an effort to stay “green” but then charge extra if you want clean sheets etc…so it’s more like a cost saving effort! it’s a lot of money per night ..: a clean towel each day would be not pushing it!
