It needs renovation and general cleaning

the decor that is all about Motogp!

its not clean, its like they did not change the sheet and towels. the hot shower is not working. the staff is not friendly. its like a ghost town there.

the receptionist ( a young internship girl forgot her name ) was fantastic! Her warm welcome and efficient service made my stay enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Got a level 3 room but no wifi. Had to go to ground floor to use wifi

Staff were friendly and helpful.

Nothing I liked about the hotel. I would like my money to be refunded. Breakfast was as good as no breakfast. No milk in the room or at the break fast. Black coffee was only option. Lift was not working. No hot water or drinking water provided. Absolutely hopeless and disappointing.

overall a bit dissapointed because my daughter cannot sleep well and cranky all the night because of got some bites like

the toilet is clean

lift under maintenance. so we need to use stairs with our luggage etc without any help from the staff (short staff i guess).

Pleasant in 80% respect except my room the water heater was not working, maybe other rooms were ok.

The bed, room, desk was fine very nice comfy bed, pillows and desk to work on.

Unfortunately the water heater did not work and the next morning I asked for help from the reception. Someone came and checked but was not able to rectify. He said he'll ask the maintenance to come and help but did not turn up till we checked out. The heater was missing a test button to test although the pressure was strong and bathroom was big adequate and clean. So that was the downside to an other wise fine good stay. Luckily the water wasn't too cold, just not how for an expected nice hot shower.
