Everything! From the friendly staffs, the room size,cleanliness,the facilities and especially the breakfast buffet menu!

The downside are the air-conditioning not cold enough even on the hallway to the rooms and the fact that there is no washing machine in the rooms or even a common laundry room where guests can do their laundry. And the kitchen untensils are not complete-no knife,chopping board or even a rice cooker.

The environment is tidy and clean, and the lounge is comfortable. and it is a fantastic location.

I only have a bad experience with valet parking. The valet service stated that either parking outside the hotel or in the basement was available at a different cost. After checking in and leaving for dinner, I still had my car outside the hotel. I was scolded and blamed for parking myself by the staff. As soon as I passed my key, the staff should have informed me that basement parking assistance is not available. Instead of blaming and scolding me for parking myself.

Have stayed there a few times. Well trained staff and hospitality team is excellent

Crowded. More for business travel.

They were attentive to whatever we asked but I feel these things should have already been done for example the hair conditioner was empty once we told them they refilled the toilet paper ran out but they should have spare in the bathroom

They were not flexible with the booking we had pre booked breakfast daily but told them due to our early departure and that breakfast didn’t start till 6am we left at 6am they would not refund us the cost of the breakfast

The variety of food available for breakfast was great.

The room allocated was not facing the pavilion kl shopping area.

We stayed in the westin residence room . All night so noisy cos don't have good sound proof window and the room air-conditioning is bad !!

Location is good, accessible to many places by walking distance. Room is spacious and clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The room provided refillable water instead of bottle water,understand it's eco friendly idea, but not very hygienic to me.
