The property should need a little more renovation and the place was not the same as from the pictures. One of the bed board in our room make noises, all the curtains seems to be very old (it needs to be change)

The host very helpful.

The apartment is quite old and requires some refurbishment and renovation.

Apartment with 3 rooms were big. Toilets and kitchen were clean. Very secured and very comfortable staying there with big families.

The Bed are comfortable, near shopping area.

The apartment we got full of glass cabinet which is not friendly for family with small child.

The location is great. Nice and very close to the shopping malls. It’s so convenient for our older family members to walk to the malls. Our host Masrul was very helpful. He went around the apartment and switched on the lights, fan, air conditioners and tv. He helped our kids to find the cartoon channel on arrival which was highly appreciated.

The actual place looks different to the photos. In my opinion, the apartment is overpriced. The condition of the apartment is not great and needs maintenance. We paid RM622 including RM150 cleaning fee which was only shown in the fine print for 1 night stay. The fridge was leaking as well as one of the showers. Our grab drivers couldn’t find the exact entrance to the apartment. We were picked up and dropped off at the shopping centre entrance which is rather inconvenient for travelers with younger children and luggage.

Very good location, easy to excess through shopping mall, near to monorail station. Very spacious apartment. Family with children will love it for sure. My special thanks to Mr James for being so helpful and considerate person. Definitely will come back for more. Highly recommended.

The lifts was not so convenience & stuffy. We have to queue and waited quite long sometimes. Hopefully it will be improve.

the location is superb!

the entrance is a bit further in, no luggage trolley available so we have to drag all our stuff down during check out. we felt insecure of the door lock, bed was hard, water heater is not working. no garbage plastic was provided too.
