Červenohorské sedlo je krásné místo, dobrý výchozí bod na túry po Jeseníkách, blízko do dalších hezkých míst, jako třeba Jeseník, Velké Losiny, Karlova Studánka a pod. Všude kolem nádherné lesy. Hotel velice příjemný, usměvavý a ochotný personál, dobré jídlo, prima bazén. Rádi se zase vrátíme.

- do not try to go to the restaurant between 18:00-19:00 is you don't have a prepaid dinner. The staff is overwhelmed and stressed with distributing those prepaid dinners. I waited 20 minutes and nobody noticed me.

Perfect location. The staff was very nice. I appreciated very great room for children to play.

I didnt like the location od the room. I had no idea we ended up in the “tourist” part. The room was quite poorly equipped, it had looked better on the photos. Although the room was OK, the way to the room was very weird, I didnt like going through there with the kids.

I liked everything in our stay, the hotel stuff was wery helpful, new wellness was amazing, restaurant for breakfast and dinner was right in place. Everything was clean and ready.

Breakfast was good and had several options to choose from. Excellent buffet.

Uncomfortable room, specially due to its size and the guest so-called "bed" was a kind of old and hard sofa, very painful. My daughter could not sleep well. Cleaning service was inexistent: I clearly asked to get my room cleaned once and all cleaning consisted in replacing the towels. It's DEFINITELY not worth to pay such price for the quality of its services, no matter the good location. Hotel is partially renewed but the floor where my room was located was still from Communist's era.

Great location, helpful service, good price/quality ratio. Perhaps not the newest hotel, but solid, Czech style:)

- Good breakfasts - Swimming pool (depth 1.65 meters) - Very great location - this is in my opinion the the top feature of this hotel - Hard bed matress - Restaurant food solid - always good and tasty, no wow food - Room window oriented to north (very great in summer for the missing AC) - Good price

- too small pillow - hotel staff are nice, but they might smile a little bit more - not all room of same category have same equipment - the one of mine was missing armchair and window was not possible to open in tilt position, even though other rooms on the same floor of the same category has these - THE MAIN NEGATIVE: towels were stale (just after one use) and badly washed (stains, who knows of what kind, hopely not poo), I hope hotel will do something about it in the future - room service was not daily, it was needed to catch the cleaning lady in the hallway and ask her
