The manager and his family were so very nice and friendly and extremely helpful. The view was stunning!

I just wish one dish washing cloth and a little dish soap was left. Just remember this unit is self contained so bring all essential supplies. I would still stay there again!

location & ambiance

The accommodation is in a perfect locality. Not affected by noise of the city of Tropea but still very close to be reached by walking and enjoy the spirit of the town. The access by car was easy, parking very good, some places even in shadow. The room had a lot of space and balcony with a nice view on the sea with boats coming to the harbor and Stromboli visible at the horizont. Very romantic, indeed. Furniture and equipment rather worn out but still acceptable. The staff very helpful, they helped to find a pneuservice in emergent situation, even accompanying me to the place. I am very thankful to this man. What is the most valuable is the beach nearby, really next door, and a good restaurant with reasonable prices just on the beach. Their fresh fish was really tasty. Beach offers also some sporting activities. To summarize: this is a perfect place for spending vacations and relax. I wish to come again.

Furniture could be slightly refreshed but due to excellent locality the increased quality would allow also increasing price. So, better stay like this.

The location is fantastic for families, everything you need is nearby, the beach, supermarket, restaurants, ATM, pharmacy, etc The view (sea and the old tropea town)from the balcony is absolutely lovely The host is very friendly and helpful The flat is of a good size and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook with

There is only one air condition for the whole flat The bed was very hard The tv wasn’t working and the friendly receptionist tried hard to get it to work but unfortunately it wouldn’t work

The location is perfect, very close to the beach. You can use umbrella and two sunbeds free of charge (included in the price of the stay). There is also free private parking in front of the apartments.

It was not very clean. Bedsheets were clean, but we had to sweep the floors (rocks/sand from the beach) and wipe the table/kitchen (there was something sticky) before staying there. There are kitchen utensils, but you have to wash them before use (not very clean either). Our room also had no direct sun, so there was a musty smell. All in all, since there is a gorgeous view from the balcony and the location is perfect, we would stay there again.

The location of this place is amazing, right next to the beach and 20min walk into Tropea. We absolutely loved the beach lounges which are included during the stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful and there is a nice shady common courtyard with lounges and chairs. The onsite parking and kitchen was convenient as well.

The front door didn't lock, however the bedroom door did lock so that was fine for us. There was a bit of a damp smell in the bathroom and bedroom and the bed was a little old and lumpy.

Really nice and helpful staff. The place was clean and close to the beach!

Would not recommend if you don't have a car... Not so close to Tropea city center! 30 min walk with loooads of stairs.
