Great home and location
Everything you need to enjoy your stay. Walkable to food trucks, beach, park, shopping and more which was nice. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Loved seeing the geckos sun bathing on the fence every morning we washed dishes.
Quick and easy replies from owner and cleaning lady when requesting a missing item or something our group broke.

Amazing location, everything you need!
We were two families with young babies/toddlers and the home was so well equipped for our needs. The location could not be better for travelers in our demographic with a big playground and easy beaches just blocks away. Highly recommend, although hesitantly because I want to make sure it’s available for our next getaway. :-)

Great experience
The property was great for our group. There was plenty of space, everything that you need for the beach was provided. The location is very convenient to stores, restaurants, parks and the beach. It was wonderful to have the paddle boards available and the hot tub was great for relaxing in the evening. The owner and the caretaker are both very friendly, proactive and helpful. We would definitely return.

Great location
Pictures are a bit deceiving, and the layout of the house is different. Never used the pool or hot tub, but why would you with all the beautiful beaches.
Location is perfect, and walking distance to everything you might need. Outdoor privacy is non existent, and you can hear everything from nearby construction, loud voices, and unhappy children. Take a short walk to the park to enjoy some peace and quiet. Spent most days out and about, so it really was ever a problem. Would stay here again!

Fantastic house for a wonderful vacation!
This house worked out wonderfully for our group of 4 adults and 3 kiddos! Plenty of space. Great location, walking distance to everything - groceries, restaurants, shopping and the beach. The pool and hot tub were so nice and relaxing, especially after a day of hiking or other fun activities. Would definitely recommend this house!

Perfect vacation
Everything was wonderful! The size of the home is large and spread out. There is plenty of space for everyone. The location is walking distance to the beach and downtown Kihei. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The time spent with my beloved ohana will always be cherished! Thank you Robyn for everything!

Perfect for family vacation
This four-bedroom house was perfect for our family vacation (6 adults, 2 teens and an infant). Well-equipped kitchen. Had a pack n play and high chair for the baby. Wagon to haul the beach chairs and boogie boards to the beach. Short walk to beach, grocery store and restaurants. Pool and jacuzzi were a great plus - enjoyed our afternoons in the pool when the winds picked up at the beach. Owner and property manager were very responsive.

Loved the stay
We had a very nice experience. Kids enjoyed the pool. The house was nice and clean. Good for 2 families. The owner was a big help. She helped us in recommending some agents for booking of activities. Overall we are very happy to stay in this property.

Best house on Maui!
The house is amazing, we took a large group, everyone had their own space! The hot tub and pool were amazing and private, every amenity was close. We have been to Maui many times but this time we found our second home, we will definitely be returning to this house!

Family get-away
This was the perfect location for our group. Walking distance to the beach, grocery store, shops and restaurants made driving minimal. We had plenty of room for the 8 of us and the pool was a great distraction for the kids at the end of the day-it is a salt water above ground pool so very refreshing. There were so many extra toys and Lourdes was great in anticipating what we may want/need for the little ones in our group. Robyn was easy to work with and also made sure we knew any changes that were in effect for Hawaii travel. Lots of deck space so we never felt crowded. Wonderful stay!!

Great Place and Great locatoin
We stayed at this property for New Years of 2021. The property was AMAZING. First, communication with the property owner was spectacular. The owner was lovely and friendly and very helpful in navigating all COVID obstacles from sending related info to reminding me to get all of the tests done...thank you for that!!!! Second, the property was AMAZING. It had ample space for our and our friend's family to stay and still have so much common place where we spent a lot of time entertaining our kids. The outside area is GREAT. It had 2 separate tables with chairs, lawn chairs and a separate tanning area (where kids loved to hang out). On top the property has a pool which was very nice. The walk to beach took 5 minutes with all of the beach supplies. Big grocery store is 1 minute away and many restaurants are within 5 minutes walking.. Property has tons of dishes and plates to easily accommodate an army :)
I would highly recommend this property to large groups as it can get pricey for individual family (again, we were there for new year so the prices may vary throughout the year)
NOTE: YOU MUST HAVE COVIT TEST WITHIN 72 HOURS EVEN IF YOU ARE TRAVELING FORM ISLAND TO ISLAND…we learned the hard way (had to fly to Honolulu to get 5 hour test done – do not make the same mistake)

Good location, good for families, good hospitality.
Great location. So nice to be able to walk to the beach, the park, coffee shops, restaurants, shave ice, etc.
Robyn is a great hostess. She's proactive in communicating, and generously gave us both an early check-in and late check-out, which was so helpful for us as we managed traveling with five young children. She also leant us two paddle boards which we thoroughly enjoyed.
The home is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay, especially with children, including pack-n-plays, sand toys, high chairs, beach towels, etc. Our family enjoyed the convenience of the pool, the lovely outdoor seating and eating spaces, and outdoor showers for cleaning up after the beach. The beds were comfortable and the home was clean and well-organized.

Maui Getaway
This property was perfect for us (homey and not too fancy). There was plenty of room for our 6 adults, 2 children and 1 infant. The location was conveniently close to the beach, a wonderful coffee shop and a food truck who made fresh donuts every morning. Our teenagers rented surfboards nearby and surfed safely at the nearby cove. We bbq’d a few nights and enjoyed evenings on the huge wrap around deck. We used the provided beach chairs, boogie boards, ice chests and sand toys nearly every day which was another convenience for us. Robyn was a pleasure to work with and responded to our questions/concerns promptly. We definitely recommend this property and hope to return soon.

This property lived up to all our expectations. We had 10 adults and 1 infant and we were very comfortable. The location was fabulous. We were walking distance to many shops, activities and any services we needed. Robyn is excellent to work with. Fantastic Stay!

Too much contact
While Robin and Lourdes are very nice it was way too much contact. Several phone calls and agreements to sign before even getting to the house. Lourdes shows up the first day with more papers to sign. A phone call while we're there about the temp in the house. Then Lourdes waiting outside the house 15 minutes before we're supposed to be out. It really put a damper on our trip. The property and location were good. The kids loved the pool and hot tub. There was sand in the hot tub and the house could use a deep cleaning. That about sums up our stay

Very well maintained and decorated. Great patio and deck eating area. Living space comfortable for 7 with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Clean pool and hot tub plus beach amenities made for a wonderful Maui wedding / vacation.

Best location in Kihei. You are only a block or two away from the beach, a really nice park, grocery store, some of the best restaurants and bars in the area. Love to been right by “the triangle”and able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The house is located just far enough off the road that it’s quiet and peaceful when you’re sitting on the porch. Very comfortable for our large group of nine adults and two children. Robyn is a very attentive host. You will not be disappointed! Highly recommend this house!

Simply a Perfect Spot
This was our first time ever booking a house to go on a large family vacation. From the very beginning Robyn was helpful, timely and made everything simple. The place was spacious, perfect for 3 family's (7 adults and 3 kids). The kids absolutely loved the pool and was super convenient to walk a few minutes down the road to a small uncrowded beach. We spent a lot of time at the little shops and restaurants around the corner and food was excellent. If I had to do it again, I would absolutely stay here. Thank you for making this a wonderful trip for my family.

We had an amazing stay. The house was perfect for our party of 8 with three young kids.
The hosts made sure everything was perfect and the kids loved the pool. There are fully stocked to make any beach trip super easy. Beach chairs and coolers. It was an amazing vacation and a big part of that was the comfort of this perfect house. Great neighborhood too with bars and restaurants. You have to try the breakfast at kihei cafe just steps from the house.
