The location was perfect!

I slept upstairs & I think a banister or rail on the stairs would be abit safer.

Good quiet location, friendly hosts/staff, good local restaurants and a wide range of them too, washing machine and drying rack, situated on premises in the bathroom. Very central to Nice and it's very good amenities. Property not too far from Nice Airport, and it's T1 and T2.

The loft apartment was wonderful. Upgraded with plenty of space for me and my friend.

The bathroom was a little tiny. The toilet was not placed in a good area and with it being so tiny getting up from the toilet both me and my friend hit our head on the cabinets above the sink. The shower was very small.

The apartment had everything. It was really nice and a fabulous location central to everything. Giuseppe was very obliging also. Look forward to staying there again.

My trip to Nice wouldn't have been as amazing if I didn't choose this apartment. The location is beyond perfect, a few minute walk from Massena, the beach, lots of restaurants, cafes, shopping areas. The apartment is so cozy and well equipped with everything needed. It is beautifully renovated, and the host was so kind and helpful all the time. Highly Highly recommended, I wouldn't stay anywhere else next time I visit Nice.

Great place to stay for a short break - location is perfect. Cosy, quiet, nicely decorated, spacious enough for a longer stay. You can reach everything by foot - beach, old town, castle hill, port, shops, even airport. The place is very safe. Also, I liked the facilities - there is even the juice making machine :) Loft was clean and comfy. The owner is friendly and helpful. I recommend it for a couple or family of three (or four).

You know the three key things about great property, right! 1. Location, 2. Location and 3. Location. This apartment is superbly located in the center of Nice, while it is placed just off the street and is therefore very quiet. It’s not big but has been so ingenuously remodeled that there’s ample space for a family of 3 or 4. Clean, modern, great reception by friendly Giuseppe, a kitchen that has everything you need, Nespresso machine. It all adds up to a great stay.
