Very friendly staff and happy to help with additional towels and services. Great location by the beach and good restaurants within a 3 minute walk. Definitely going back.

Pictures are very much outdated. Whoever took the pictures hit very good angles to make it seem like a nice place but they need to do better. I got locked out the door the keypad stopped working, and had to figure out how to open it other than that it was a nice place but if you expect with exactly on the pictures, that is not what you’re getting

Clancy at front desk was especially warm and helpful. She put forth a maximum effort. Both bedrooms were large with great kitchen appliances and big living room. The pool and outdoor vegetation was super nice, clean, quiet and private. The central A/C was whisper quiet and held temps good. TV's in every room were new and big, with tons of channels and internet.

A major shortage of wash cloths existed all week. Plenty towels, but the hotel was rationing hand towels and wash cloths. The king waterbed in one of the bedrooms was a minor letdown. Personal preference, I suppose, but we strongly prefer conventional mattresses.

Short walk to the beach. Pool was a bonus

Floor needed a good cleaning - did not want to walk on it barefoot. Needs more or larger pillows- we asked at the office for more and they said they didn’t have any even though I could clearly see them on the shelf. Had to ask 3 times for someone to replace the towels over 2 days - then they only brought 2 clean towels even though 4 people were staying there. The paper at check in told us we could request housekeeping which I did for trash and towels but they never came. I don’t know if pets were allowed but someone had a dog that barked all night long.

The grounds are very nice. Staff was very helpful

The staff particularly one staff member was horrible to deal with. Will never stay there and will make sure everyone I know is aware of the problematic staff they have she called the police on us as we waited for our Uber to pick us when the police arrived he expressed how frustrated he was at this one particular hotel.staff I believe she was the manager on duty a younger Hispanic girl ... He said she often called 911 for no reason wasting community resources for nonsense...she must have known his feelings about the situation she hid inside and sent out this poor new girl.it was her first day. After paying a $100 hold fee to hold my room for the following night - she not only sold the room anyway she sidt bother to tell me til 4/5 am that morning ... I had just had surgery and wasn't capable of lifting anything over 5lbs and she knew that her suggestion was to hurry ... Everything was last min I wasn't ready.. usually I'd be packed and organized... So we were late checking out which I expressed to her this might happen and she did not respond with any information on what would happen once.i was out she then let me.know she was not only.keping my $200 deposit along with the $100 cash i.put down to hold the room for the night because we checked out late but then attempted to charge my card another $275 thank goodness my card was locked ..
