spacious rooms with kitchen facilities, clean property, great free breakfast, friendly staff

The valet parking is too expensive especially if you want to tip. Beach chair/umbrella/cabana rentals were too expensive as well.

Our room was spectacular the perfect room for beach watching your personal view from sunrise to sunset.

Well it was supposed to have a working washer and dryer the appliances were there not working

Ac was loud and squeaking all night but would turn off and on. Breakfast was pretty poor. Fake eggs & Turkey sausage. If you have kids all they will eat is cereal. Restaurant was very expensive. We left and went next door. Wish we would have stayed Nextdoor instead.

The room was nice. We stayed in a 2 queen studio with balcony and partial ocean view. We were on the 8th floor. The e view was great. You could see the ocean and the city of pompano and ft. Lauderdale. The staff was friendly and helpful. Part of the breakfast was good. Oatmeal with nuts, brown sugar and raisins. Several different cereals and yogurt. Muffins, bread, bagels, fruit and different juices. Of course there was coffee too with different sweeteners and creams

You could park on site but it cost $32 a day and it was valet only. The breakfast was free and had several options but the hot food wasn't very good.. powdered eggs, veggie sausage? Which is some sort of sausage made from veggies and there was rotating meat selection. One day it was smoked sausage and the next it was sausage patties. The last day it was bacon but the bacon had the same thickness as shaved lunch meat. If you stacked 5 slices up it might equal 1 normal slice.

The staff here is absolutely incredible. Everyone is always smiling and so kind. Everything was clean and easily accessible. The beach area is breath taking. 10/10 would recommend and will be back! Perfect for our family!

That the 1 bedroom has 2 separated beds. That the staff was pretty nice.

The horrible noise almost all the time. The breakfast. The very expensive parking costs. That only 1 elevator worked and you had to wait ages for it.

We booked for 5 nights, stayed room 708 two queen beds studio and mattress was unbelievable. it was soooooo~~~~~ uncomfortable cound not sleep all for 4nights. On 5th night we couldn't take it anymore asked front desk for different room with better quality mattress. The manager was kind enough to arrange the matter.

Breakfast was a good start for each day.

We had a one bedroom suite the air did not work in the bedroom part we had them up there every day two or three times they said it was fixed and it was never fixed it never worked right and in my bathroom I went to get out of the tub and the towel bar came out of the wall when I touched it was not happy with that

At checkout valet parking couldn’t bring our car back because the car’s battery was off ( the battery was working perfect when car was left at valet) The problem was that, even though most of the employees were willing to help, the manager Jason wouldn’t allow anyone to help. Front desk staff simply washed their hands and didn’t allow anyone to help. They even told us to call our insurance company to solve it. 2 hours waiting in all these ridiculous situation that could’ve been solved in two minutes. Everyone in the staff took a moment to explain the reasons they didn’t allow them to help, but the manager Jason didn’t even looked at us. No sense of hospitality there

we had an inconvenience with the staff due to the food we bought for our daughter, she is allergic and cannot eat any restaurant food... despite the fact that we were consuming in their bar and restaurant, they tried to forbid our daughter to eat in the pool area the food that she like and can eat

Love the location. The beach was excellent. The staff very friendly. The room was spacious. The price was great!!

The rooms needed a little work on them. The bathroom room sink was clogged. The price pool needed to be cleaned more often.

The bathrooms can really use an update. the room was not stocked with blankets or towels. There wasn’t anywhere to walk around, you’d have to drive. There was a LOT of hidden fees I noticed after checking out.

I change rooms and they charge me for it without letting me know that it would be a charge. The AC was not working properly. No TV channels in Spanish, my mom doesn't speak ingles and she had to watch videos in Spanish on youtube.

Such a lovely clean hotel with kind, caring employees who went out of their way to be helpful. The valet people, manager Jessie, Justin (blond beach employee) and my check-in person, just to name a few… The beach is beautiful and suites are immaculately clean with all of the amenities you could ask for. I enjoyed the food at their bar, and the ability to walk to other places for dining.
