The staff and the room were very nice. Would stay there again, if I knew what I was paying for unlike this time.

Booking.com did a terrible job of advertising what I was actually paying for. I expected to stay in the building on the beach but that was not remotely the case. I am hugely dissapointed that we were robbed of that experience because of a poor job done by the website. I make poverty wages and thought I would for once treat my girlfriend and finally stay in a beach view room which she has never done before. However my hopes and expectations were dashed.

Was told check in was 4 pm. We arrived at 445pm to check in and were told our room wasn't ready yet and they would call me when it was. Around 745 pm it started raining very very hard outside. We were completely soaked and had to sit in our cars to wait. They finally called at 830 pm and to let us know our room was ready. At 6pm I had gone back to the main lobby and complained about waiting, they sent the manager out to speak to me and her reply was "check in BEGINS at 4 pm and my room will be ready when it's ready she can't help it" after driving for 24 hours to get there we just wanted to get to our room to relax, shower and change. I would never go back there regardless of how wonderful everything else was and would never recommend them to anyone!

Proximity to beach / pier , staff was awesome , India at the front desk was wonderful.

Staff is super friendly and helpful, location is great, parking is free, kitchen in two bedroom unit is helpful when traveling with young kids

Good location, property was well maintained. Staff was courteous.

Looked forward to spending time on the beach but the beach was covered with rotting seaweed that smelled really bad. We couldn’t walk along the waterline like we always love to do because of the seaweed. We requested a king bed but got a queen which wasn’t very comfortable. The resort didn’t have that many guests, so I don’t understand why we weren’t accommodated.

For my room, I loved the closeness to the ocean, the warm pool and tiki bar and I particularly enjoyed the friendlyness of the ladies at the spa - they were awesome! Also, the lady who sat near the pool that was near the beach was very nice - I asked he questions and she was friendly and helpful in answering them. She was great!

Friendliness of staff. Being enthusiastically greeted every time I passed by. We shared notes on restaurants and things to do. I have visited a property in the line up every spring or fall or both for 15 to 20 years. As a visitor I love that there are lots of good towels and great bed linens. The kitchen is well appointed. The Spa was very nice. I have brought my friends, kids and even my folks to stay with me here. You have never disappointed. It is too bad the pandemic has effected the industry so thoroughly.

Bathtub plug did not work water drained out, shower did not turn on enough to get hair thoroughly wet enough to properly shampoo and condition it, toilet ran, diverter between shower and tub not working correctly. Desk and coneirge staff could not work printer. This was a problem when I need written directions and a boarding pass. I must have waited for 30 minutes on at least 4 occasions to get no help. They could not look up directions on the computer and many other simple tasks. While you may have been understaffed you had no one there who could make a copy or even Google directions. They all had great attitudes to considering how overwhelmed they seemed.
