This was my second stay at La Rose, and won’t be my last. what a superb B&B. Ace location (with no load shedding), room had everything I needed - cupboard space, super comfy bed and lovely bathroom. Excellent breakfast. It’s closer to a Boutique Hotel than a B&B. Highly recommended.

The location is nice, located in Bo-Kaap. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood. They made special breakfast for me because I was leaving early in the morning. Hosts are nice.

It is in quite a central location and within walking distance of most attractions. The design of the theme and central areas are stunning. Beautiful wrought roses, Turkish lamps, mosaics. Really warm hosts join you for breakfast each morning.

No lights in the central dining area at night.

The place was unique and in the heart of the historical area. La Rose is close by to main streets and the staff was wonderful. Yolanda was a great host and very helpful and friendly.

La Rose b&b is a lovely accommodation decorated with attention to details in one of the best and colourful areas of Cape Town. Yoann, the owner, is very kind and always available to provide advice about the best options for your trip. The rest of the staff is also very nice and kind. Extremely clean and tidy. Breakfast is very good, fresh bread, fruit, yogurt, eggs and much more every morning. Roof terrace where you can admire Table mountain and Lion’s head during the day and the stars in the night 😊

The room was a little bit to narrow.. climb over you're baas to get in bed. Balcony you can stand with 2 people, but no room to put a chair.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Security at the property was excellent. Place was spotless. Owner was also very friendly. WiFi and TV good .

As a tourist you felt a little vulnerable in the location. However this was overcome by using taxis who were very reliable and cheap.

i love the location. it is not my first time to stay at the place . it feels like home. break fast good.

i suggest the fruit bunch to change every day or every second day. it was same ingredient( mix of fruits) throughout my stay. For example Mangos and pineapples are on their season so are some other fruits . hence I would have love see them vary everyday or every second day. perhaps other customers prefer same though
