Dirk is a kind and caring host who really looked after us. Beautiful location, very comfy beds, hot shower and great breakfast. Super, efficient service also from Kumi and Sindy. We loved our stay here!

We booked a room through the booking program, with 2 bedrooms, and in the hotel we were accommodated in a simple three-person room at a cheaper price, the staff did not react in any way. The price on the booking program and the hotel prices do not correspond to reality. You book one room, and the hotel staff will move you to whichever one you want.

i liked the parking, lake view , breakfast was nice , and the shared fridge such a nice idea generally i do recommend it

room service , room should be cleaned and set daily but over all was good .. also staff are supposed to speak english

location was perfect to catch trains and buses.

they don’t provide ventilators and fans for air. it is hot in the room.

Nice area - good look out over the mountains. Friendly team running the place. Close enough to walk to the train station and shops etc. Also super close to the start of tracks to walk in the mountains.

The sink drain didn't work & I couldn't use it - they fixed it eventually but meant I needed to use the sink in the bath instead. The bath drain also was a bit clogged and wouldn't drain well. Breakfast was nice, but the bread was stale - but maybe it was because it was a holiday weekend? I struggled to find any shops that were open to buy food etc! Aside from that - the place was great!

The accommodation was well decorated, clean and functional. Very comfy beds!!

Everything was great. Location 5 min walk to the ski lifts to go up the mountain or 25 min walk to another ski lift (the higher/better one). Easy free parking. Clean, spacious, good vibes. Out of the main strip so away from the noise. Nice breakfast. It was 10 or so mins walking distance to the train stop if required. Easy 5-10 min walk to main strip of shops. Great mountain view from balcony.

everyone will enjoy staying at this place because you will meet a great host Mr Dirk. He will provide a nice welcoming and quiet accommodation. we had a small room with balcony having a great view over the mountains. it was 3rd floor. the property has elevator. its warm and peaceful and super clean. The location is super in the city center very close to the bus main station (Postplatz) and the lake all by walking only.

it’s mainly for bed and modest breakfast. - Expensive for the room size and facilities and this because the accommodations in entire the city is expensive.

Everything was brand new. Stuff was so friendly and ready to help. Lady from kitchen baked for us tasty gluten free buns 😍. We had room on 3rd floor with balcony and amazing view to lake and mountains.

Dirk - the owner - is a marvellous guy. Flexible to the maximum extent, polite and communicative. It was very good to experience his and his staff's hospitality!
