The breakfast was excellent. Wonderful spread of tasty food. Bed was very comfortable and location fantastic. Staff were very efficient and friendly.

The toilet seat in the bathroom moved around quite a bit and not so stable. The tv in the room frequently lost signal. Was also disappointed that there was no alternative milk served in the Cinnamon restaurant. I am lactose intolerant and needed soy, oat or lactose free milk.

Link to mall. Clean and staff were helpful. We were upgraded. Nice size room. Good location for shopping

The location and facilities in the room was excellent. Bed was comfortable, aircond cold and hot shower was excellent, Stayed here many times and it never disappoints. Location is just beside Kura restaurant too, where I love to eat. Big plus for having on demand movies too.

The amazing breakfast buffet! They had EVERYTHING! Western foods, various Asian cuisines, fruit, waffles, just about anything you could imagine.

Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can't wait to go back on another business trip!

The staff members were friendly, and the room was exceptionally clean and organized. The hotel is near the 1Utama mall making it even convenient.

The room is so comfy! Staff are very friendly and welcoming. We were very satisfied with the connecting rooms offered. Breakfast was excellent with widespread. We purchased at hotel with reasonable price.

Modern , cleanliness, facilities and most of all the staff are friendly. Hagen especially a very efficient worker . Overall we were happy with our stay . Definitely we will be back again.

Room was awesome and we had a great time at the pool. Location was perfect.

Family rooms were great- living room was well sized. Room service and any requests were attended to promptly. All service staff were friendly and helpful. Location connecting to 1 Utama Mall made it very convenient. We were specifically in PJ to visit family and the location was good.

Beds were hard. The living room had a smell of smoke, which was probably why there was an air purifier provided. It did clear out ( or maybe we got used to it) over the next few days with the purifier on. One of the rooms was not ready until 4pm, and the club lounge, while large, is relatively basic in its offerings.

Arriving at the hotel after a 14hr flight and waiting 25 minutes before our booking could be retrieved. When we got to the room it did not have a bed for my child as requested in the booking (3 beds) and being told we would have to pay extra for an additional bed.

The attitude of the staff is good, and the food quality in the hotel restaurant is good, but there was an unpleasant incident. I booked 6 nights in 3 separate orders. The hotel requires each order to change the room once, a total of 3 times, and negotiate with the hotel when checking in they said that I don’t need to change the room, but I couldn’t open the door after going out the next afternoon. The hotel staff said that the room needs to be repaired, and finally I still had to pick up my luggage and change the room. In addition, there was a stain and a mosquito on the bathroom towel.

Great ambience, comfortable bed and pillow. Huge restaurant for breakfast. Wide and full spread of foods selection. Clean and spacious bathroom. The very best: connected to 1Utama and Bandar Utama MRT station. Even the kids did not complain of the distant from the hotel lobby to the MRT platform.

The taste of meals can be improved.

Next to the mall, and within minutes drive to a few other shopping vicinity
