Very poor housekeeping, didn’t get clean glasses or had bins emptied. Not replaced toiletries. Left dirty cups in room and left stale water in kettle

this is really a grand hotel. the room was elegant and the grand room of the breakfast was one of the most amazing we saw. the location is very central and we easily walked everywhere. it is just behind the sacher hotel. the staff was excellent and we had valet parking. the hotel really enhanced our salzburg experience. extremely recommended.

Noisy air condition,

Excellent location, right in the old town. Impeccably clean, huge suite. Close to Mirabelje Garden and the river bridge. Easy to get around by foot everywhere.

Hotel assisted in restaurant, entartainment and transport bookings prior to check in and was able to provide a connecting room per our request.

The location is very good, easy walking distance to most places; however, the staff could have been more helpful with directions. They used maps which show long circuitous routes, when there are faster routes, if they’d just stepped outside and pointed.

This is a 3-star hotel charging 5-star + prices. The food in the restaurants is sub-standard. I had a single duvet on a double bed? And just one pillow until I asked for another. The kelim in the room was old and faded, the room and bathroom were tiny, no soap, only one soap dispenser and a strange note that if you wanted soap you’d have to pay E20!!! Housekeeping staff twice entered without knocking, once I was in the bath and had to quickly grab a towel, the second time I was in underwear. Staff seem rather disinterested (poor management?).

Nice location near river and the old town. Great breakfast each AM. Staff always helpful and all (that I interacted with) spoke English well.

The staff were welcoming and helpful to local attractions. The room was very comfortable and clean. The size of the room was very generous. The location to the local attractions is very good.

Perhaps the nicest room we’ve ever stayed in, despite being in beautiful hotels all over the world, mostly because of the little touches: hot towel rack, exquisite chandelier, gorgeous armoire, balcony with table & chairs and flower boxes, complimentary beverages in refrigerator, great noise insulation, and more.

Firm mattress, but management brought in a nice foam topper, and gave us extra pillows. No hair conditioner.

Location was excellent, we stayed in room 480 and the views from the room were stunning. Absolutely loved the hotel. It was my wife's birthday and staff made it extra special with a complimentary bottle of fizz which was a lovely gesture.
