Very friendly staff, breakfast is awesome with just 6euro extra. The breakfast lady is super hospitable. The hotel is basic but affordable. Location wise it’s 8 mins walk to the tram stop

The position was perfect for the Careggi hospital area, but also very close to the main tram line to the centre, and to the Rifredi train station. The staff was very helpful and supportive with suggestions abd hints.
The room was a bit small

The hotel was in a convenient location close to the trams, there's restaurants close by and stores to shop.
I actually did not have much not to like because we did not spend alot of time at the hotel. I wish it had a swimming pool but, I guess you can't have everything?

It was a nice accomodation, great value for the price. Everyone was nice, spoke English and was very helpful. It has easy access to the old town with a short ride with the tram.
All in all it was a nice stay and I would totally book it again (but two rooms instead of one).
It was our fault, as we booked one room for three adults and a small kid (the crib was for free!). The room was in my opinion too small for that, but if there were just 2 people in that room, it would be a perfect sized room.

Perfect location. Only few minutes by tram to the centre. Delicious breakfast. Small room and bathroom but well equipted and clean. Only problem was noise from the street. But its problem of hole city :-). I recommend this hotel.

Nothing everything was bad and the staff was very unfriendly, the room wasnt clean and the bathroom as well. Everything is so old and almost smelly.

you guys took my money and didn’t let me stay in this low class hotel
y’all had taken my money and then told me I can’t sleep in this hotel even tho y’all already stole my money!!!

The staff was nice, the Lady on the bar in the morning was very friendly and nice and good hearted. The reception staff are very help, don't remember their names but Musa was a really good guy.
The isolation wasn't good, I was hearing everything in every room.

I literally cannot fault this hotel. We arrived, check in was smooth, room was a bit bigger than we were anticipating, wifi, shower, fridge, plenty of power sockets - everything just worked. Spotlessly clean.
And the breakfast buffet was just what we fancied :-D
umm ... the "garden" is a local park, immediately next door and perfectly pleasant. But for some reason we had visions of lounging in a verdant garden actually on the premises. Preferably at breakfast with some of their excellent coffee. Not to be. Perhaps I read the blurb wrong.

Great location outside Florence center, with easy transport (20 mins) to the city (tram 1, which runs every 5-10 minutes, 5 mins walking distance from the hotel). Room clean and comfortable. Large bathroom.
The fridge wasn’t working properly. If the hotel could furnish guests with an electric kettle, that would be great.

the staff was EXTREMELY kind, friendly, and happy ! 4mins walking distance from the the tram that goes to the city centre! nice restaurant below !

I liked everything about this hotel from the location to the friendly staff to how comfortable it's, they offer to take our luggage after the checkout time so we can vist the city without travel bags and that was very helpful nice place I would recommended.

Staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was quite pleasant. Room was cleaned each day by housekeeping. Great hot water for showers!
Room was on upper floor facing street. Noisy on Friday and Saturday evenings until very late.

The worst part of the hotel wasn't the hotel but its location. Just across the street was a bar that was so popular that the entire parking lot was filled with people yelling and singing until after 2am. Might not have been so bad during the week, but it was crazy loud inside the room.
