В целом ожидание от сети Кемпински были высокие. Я останавливался на Бали, в Куала-Лумпуре и ожидал такой же уровень в Дубай. Здесь из хорошего: расположение для нас шоппинга и подушки/матрац. Недостаточно для цены в 350$ за ночь.

1. Высокомерный персонал. Это норма для арабских регионов, но здесь уровень снобизма запредельный. Внимания 0, заботы 0, выражение лиц 0. 2. Оплатил первые сутки за завтраки на ресепшене, а на вторые непосредственно в ресторане, разница оказалась выше на 50 дирхам. Не стал выяснять отношение, не хотел портить себе и сыну утро. 3. Чистота очень условная. Уборка поверхностная. 4. Еда на завтраках уровня 3 звезд. Не стану описывать, просто достаточно понятно - 3 звезды. Не заслуживает внимания отель абсолютно.

Location Breakfast

Room was dirty. I have photos of the room how dirty it was. They didnt check the toothbrush,i got an unsealed pack with a toothbrush and used toothpaste. Was disgusting.

nuova bella ben collocata etc siamo stati male accolti a mezzanotte perchè non sapevano quali camere assegnarci !!!dopo attesa e richiesta varia è dovuto intervenire il capo per risolvere ( ns prenotazione 2 camere per 5 gg) male ovviamente senza dirci nulla del loro palese disservizio. ( le due camere erano gia confermate e pagate).

alla fine ci sono state assegnate due camere diverse( una 10 piano e una 4) ritengo non rispettando la vs e ns prenotazione e pagamento perche penso la stanza n:425 sia la piu brutta per dimensione e forma e collocazione dello hotel. ( angolo cieco proprio sopra la piscina rumorosa). oltre tutto le due camere erano per 5 gg !!!! il resto tutto ok non si devono cosi comportare con noi che abbiamo prenotato a mezzo voi.

Очень понравился отель, чисто, уборка 2 раза в день, ежедневная смена постельного белья, прекрасный персонал, особенно понравился в столовой официант, забыла его имя (непалец мне кажется), вкусная еда и самое главное это самое удобное расположение, спускаешься сразу в торговый центр. Родственница уже 5 лет только там останавливается

החדר לא היה ברמה גבוהה, מקלחת ירודה. לפעמים שכחו לנקות. בגלל הרמדאן סגרו את הברכה בשעה 17:00, לצורך הכנת ארוחה ערב במקום.

Property was at a good location being connected to Dubai Mall. They served a good range of breakfast options. Check out was smooth and convenient.

The room had stained curtains and seats that are not expected from a 5 star hotel. The hair dryer was not effectively drying my hair. The staff insisted it was working because it was blowing air and had to be convinced to replace it. This is not at par with 5 star hotel service. The designated Uber pick up location was inconveniently far within the mall.

Location, friendly staff and the room is clean

The furniture is old a little bit. I thought after changing the owner from the address to Kempinski there will be new changes, but still the same. The only thing they change is the name and the scent which I didn’t like

The room was nice and comfortable for me and my mother. Spent a night there after attending my cousin’s wedding. My mom love it and enjoyed the atmosphere and sitting at the balcony. The weather was perfect and view was good for her to watch.

The way to the place was tricky and I had to be careful in driving or I’ll miss the entrance. I wasn’t aware that there were parking lots down and had to give my car to the valet.

This hotel is only worth the location, price too high for what it is! A small double bed room for almost 1000$ a night is too much for what you get! I had to book this hotel for one night since nothing else was available. The doormen are very helpfull with luggage and finding taxi for you. Also, they wanted to charge me more for the taxi they found for me because they thought I donot know the area, however I exactly knew where I am going from the hotel, and finally, the guy realized I am aware of the distance and I paid what what eas worthy.

The room size, the fact that they did not wait for us to get out of the room before they come in to check the minibar, there was no help with showing the elevator after I checkedin and I had to go around with my stuff to find it.

Abholung vom Airport: viel zu langer Fussweg zum Parkplatz. Bei Ankunft kein Link zwischen Fahrer und Rezeption. Da wäre Taxi komfortabler gewesen. Trotz Bezahlung des Zimmers vorab und zusätzlich Deposit über Kreditkarte von 500.- USD können Rechnungen an Bar (17USD) nicht auf Zimmer gebucht werden sondern müssen extra mit Kreditkarte gezahlt werden. Laut Auskunft der Rezeption gilt das Deposit nur für Zimmerspesen - was immer auch der Unterschied sein soll??? Zimmer zu klein: Zu langer, schmaler Eingang und sehr kleiner Bedroom

The staff are very friendly, especially Nawal in the reception, and Mohammed, who served Arabic coffee in the looby.

Too much crowded at the entrance, and most of the time, it's difficult to get to the door with the car.

The best advantage of the hotel in this area is it’s location. Easy access to the mall. Staff are working hard to make your stay convenient I had a dinner in Nai restaurant and food was amazing with good environment, DJ and music

Nous avons apprécié le service au lounge, la réactivité du concierge lors de la réservation des restaurants, ainsi que la bienveillance de M. Borham qui a su faire preuve de professionnalisme lors des inconvénients que nous avions rencontrés au départ avec l’autre manageur. Étant clients platinum Kempinski depuis des années nous avons globalement été satisfaits de l’établissement et de son personnel.

A notre arrivée l’accueil et les échanges (avec M. Karim et M. Youssef) qui ont précédés notre arrivée nous avaient un peu déçus. Néanmoins nous avons eu un échange avec M. Borham qui nous a fait reconsidérer notre avis sur l’établissement et confirmé notre appréciation positive de Kempinski. Il serait bien également de proposer en plus du vin blanc ou rouge, du champagne ou des cocktails alcoolisés au lounge (a partir de 19h00) comme le fait le lounge du Kempinski mall of emirates
