central location. views are to die for. We were in one of the side rooms, still a great view along the coastline.

Unfortunately what let’s the Novotel down is the pool. Generally in the shade, freezing and can be quite windy around the pool. Granted there is a lovely beach across the road, but it is nice to swim in a pool also. Barely anyone one using it.

On balance the best thing about this hotel was leaving it. The only redeeming feature was the location and view from the rooms which was really good, .There are wonderful hotels in the area. Do yourselves a favor and do NOT choose this hotel was the worst hotel we stayed in during our 4 week 8 city/town trip to Vietnam.

From start to finish this hotel was a big disappointment. When we arrived the reception staff were rude and extremely unhelpful, They would not give us access to the manager and after requesting that we speak to him several times, we were told he was not available over weekends. Eventually the Manager was contacted late on the second day of a two night stay and he did try and make amends by offering us dinner on our last night. Firstly we did not get the rooms we had reserved, and reception staff challenged us and became very aggressive saying "that is the way they accommodate families " When we tried to show the reception our reservation , they laughed at us and refused to even look at it. It was actually the only hotel we booked in Vietnam who demanded payment before we arrived and then said we hadn't paid. We had to produce proof of payment which fortunately we had. Dinner was expensive , breakfast was at best mediocre , staff were rude, bar food took over an hour and a half to arrive for 4 hamburgers ( choice was very limited) and was cold. Room service although advertised and there is a room service menu was not available. Had a sick child and we were told they were too busy to send up food and "We must get it somewhere else". We had to run in the rain to find food. Non-residents are allowed to use a small pool area and there was therefore never room for our family to sit around the pool, so in essence you do not have access to a pool you can use. Gym equipment was outdated. They advertise beach chairs and umbrellas for the hotel. They were the worst on the beach and the assistant refused to assist us. The Hotel itself and rooms were what you would expect in appearance , and actually has all the elements needed to be a really good hotel, but staff, food, assistance leave much to be desired. If you don't intend using hotel facilities or eating any meals or require any assistance whatsoever this may be the hotel for you.

Fabulous hotel - way above the standard of a Novotel in England. Had a room on the 16th floor which was very spacious and had great balcony looking out over the ocean. Unfortunately we had already booked our next accommodation in Mui Ne, otherwise would have stayed here longer. Breakfast was of a high standard with lots of choice and all staff were extremely helpful and pleasant

The staff at Novotel Nha Trang were brilliant particularly Tuan. I accidentally booked the incorrect dates and arrived a day early. Tuan went out of his way to ensure that we had a room for the additional night. The service is pure class, the rooms clean and comfortable, the views breathtaking and the buffet breakfast and dinner outstanding value. This was my 3rd visit to Nha Trang and the first time i have stayed at Novotel. Going forward Novotel will be the only place I stay.

The hotel has a great location across from the beach close to town and other restaurants. Our room was upgraded to a beautiful view of the beach front! We used our balcony everyday. The staff was always cheerful and very helpful. We also enjoyed the wide selection at breakfast. It was a lovely stay!

very good location. staff are very nice and attentive. The hotel is just right at the Trần Phu beach main street. I enjoy looking at the sea in front of my windows. This always the place I stay when I visit Nha Trang.
