Dit hotel is totaal verpauperde. Moet eigenlijk dicht en afgebroken worden. Zeer slecht.

A part l'emplacement par rapport à la salle de concert, l'amabilité des réceptionnistes et le prix, j'ai été assez déçu par les prestations generales apportées par cet hôtel

La chambre n'était pas propre à notre arrivée, des papiers au sol, poubelle de la salle de bain pas vidée, toilettes avec des traces au fond de la cuvette, lavabo avec des traces noires. Petit déjeuner aux plats à moitié vides à 9h15 alors qu'il est servi en week-end jusqu'à 10h, plus de beurre également, bref vu le prix du petit déjeuner c'est vraiment très cheap et abuser. Chambre bruyante et mal insonorisée, on a eu droit à une scène de ménage à 1h30 du matin dans une chambre voisine qui nous a réveillé Il y avait aussi un gros trou de cigarette dans le rideau et qu'une seule serviette de bain. J'ai dû demander à la femme de ménage (en lui demandant par la même occasion si la chambre avait été nettoyée ! Elle m'a répondu dans l'affirmative !)

Le petit déjeuner

La chambre handicapé…pourquoi??? Douche ridicule en taille. Pommeau de douche m’arrivait au torse. Un bac de douche de 40x40 cm. Impossible de bouger dans cette douche. Impossible de descendre d’un côté du lit, car à 10 cm du mur. Voisin bruyant.

We've used this place many times. Year by year it looks more "run down".

The only good thing about this hotel is the location.

The hotel is very tired and rundown. It states there would be a full renovation beginning of 2023 however we are now in July 2023 and nothing has changed since our last stay 12 months ago. Guests are clearly allowed to smoke in their rooms as you can smell the cigarette smoke coming through your walls. The rooms are unclean and the bathroom is dirty and dangerous. The heater looked particularly dangerous as it looked like it had burnt marks on it. The paint was peeling off the walls and the doors don’t close properly so you don’t feel safe and secure. The breakfast is sparse and stale, and coffee machine always broken. We only stayed for one night as a stop over to Switzerland as the location is great. It has never been the best but a promise of a renovation we thought we would try again much to our disappointment …. However more hotels have opened up in the area of a similar price but better standards so will be trying one of those in future.

Typical Campinile, looking a bit ‘tired’ but perfectly adequate for an overnight stop. Easy to find. Quite close to the large American WW2 cemetery which is immaculately cared for and worth a visit. We were early in the season so no evening meal option but plenty of places just a few minutes drive away in town. Breakfast very good with lots of options both hot and cold.

Nothing to dislike. We use Campinile a lot for overnight stops - you know what you will get.
