Ótima localização, tem tudo perto. Limpeza excelente. Funcionários ótimos tbm. Todos os dias colocaram uma cortesia de lanche completo em nosso quarto, o que facilitou muito para levar para os passeios que começam cedo, as 5 da manha. Comida no Chile é cara. Uma refeição em média 25.000 pesos chilenos convertido fica 150 reais por pessoa. E nesse hotel tem uma cozinha equipada que nos ajudou a economizar muito com refeições. Supermercado na rua de trás. Farmácia, metrô, tudo perto. Cama boa, quarto grande, lençóis e toalhas branquinhos bem higienizado.
O meu quarto 306 fica de frente pra rua. Tem a iluminação pública que incomoda, mesmo com black-out. A luz entra por cima, abaixo e laterais.

Las instalaciones. Que nos dieran colación tipo once/desayuno. Su ubicación es un plus, el lugar es tranquilo y la atención de los recepcionistas, y sus indicaciones, fueron muy amables y acertadas.
Que la cama estaba mal hecha. Tenía una sábana normal, sin cubre colchón quedando descubierto el inferior de este. Al entrar en la habitación había un fuerte olor a cloro. Tuvimos que abrir las ventanas mientras salíamos a pasear.

If want to explore old town here is close to everywhere and also I think the street compare with the other area in downtown, the street let me feel safe

Es raro que en estos tiempos un depto no cuente con smart tv, netflix, amazon, en momentos de ocio el tvcable es demasiado básico, solo eso mejoraría

Parking was in a different tower, so you had to use the lift, walk over to a different tower (30m), and use another elevator to get to the loft. so with too much luggage is annoying, and there are no racks like in a hotel to help take everything at once.

Staff were friendly and offered us the option of having a room with a view, or a room with daily cleaning and a simple breakfast. So we chose the former and had a gorgeous view of Santa Lucia Hill from the tiny balcony.
The bathroom is pretty basic. You will need to bring your own shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Wifi wasn’t secured but worked pretty well.

my husband had no issues with the vehicle noise at night, I could had a quieter room. But considering all the pros, this was the only minor inconvenience.

The service was very helpful and kind in fluent English. The cleaning was fantastic. The street, Huerfanos, makes it easy to navigate. Without google.
Since I love to cook, I need far better kitchen equipment than this. Ok for an omelet, but not a full dinner. A pepper grinder, sharp knife and cutting board larger than xs would be nice.

great location and facilities, convenient kitchenette, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful—especially with storing our bag, lending us an adaptor, and helping us do our laundry. also an unexpected box breakfast!
confusing additional $20 hold charge at check-in—the hotel never actually charged us, but it created sone confusion. no one seems to respond to messages through booking.com

Size of the room is really good. Staff is super friendly and overall a very well opinion on the room. Close to the shopping area, restaurants & super markets.
No shower gel on all days unfortunately. Also the upper door has a gap between the door and the wall that was fixed with some tape, so unfortunately ally he cars that pass by was heard loud and clearly.
