Able to help ourselves to towels etc. Loved the pool & an all round hassle free place to stay with all our needs met. Awesome would stay again & highly recommend

bon emplacement au calme dans un quartier résidentiel avec une très belle vue sur la baie, appartement bien équipé lave vaisselle inclus, pkg souterrain ou en surface
la climatisation non réversible ? impossible d'avoir du chauffage du coup il faisait bien frais dans l'appartement.
pas de lave linge dans l'appartement, payant 2 AUD à la laundry

The location wasnt too bad.
The 2 bed apt was very dark even with curtains open. Down light was broken. No light in middle of lounge.
No tea and coffee - had to get from laundry.
The space was just old and dated and def not 4 star
Staff were not happy or friendly.
Not told there would be $150 bond.

Parking was a bit random, no allocated spaces per room, first in best dressed.

Place was down to earth and comfortable. Had a gentle vibe. Extras were provided and always available for pick up, which is convenient. Staff were super friendly. Nice view of the sea from high up, Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Nothing really to complain about.
Sofa arrangement in the lounge/dining. The sofa set was arranged on either end of room due to dining table in the middle so we couldn't get everyone to watch TV while sitting on the sofa.

Fantastic location for a great view of Hobart. Also had lots of Wallabies visit around dawn and dusk on the lawn out front. Great facilities.

Quite a surprise, meet all our needs and more, nice room and amenities, lots of space for everyone to spread out, will definitely add this to my list to return again when we stay in Hobart, only stayed one night wished it was longer

Location was good, but I would prefer to be a bit closer to Salamca (walking distance).
But I knew about position when booking.
Everything was there for our stay.
The water in swimming pool was a bit cold and the side walls of the pool weren't very clean.

Just a little dated and the cooking equipment was terrible for a family apartment.

Solid building so very quiet for sleeping comfortable bed good shower.
Windows had no fly screens so couldn’t keep windows open for air. A bit out of the way of main areas.

good standard though very small kitchen. the wi-fi didn`t excist on the upperfloor roms. we smashed two cockroaches uppstairs. Well, overall it is ok, but forget the wi-fi and the beds is also form, so you know.

no fly screen no fan or aircon in bedrooms so if it’s hot you can’t open the windows dishwasher wasn’t working properly no paper towels

Booked with Bay View Villa for our kids for the pool, but the pool shut down at 7:30PM didn’t even says on the booking system or any information, our kids was very disappointed. The shower room around the pool need have body wash & shampoo etc...
