Owners fantastic,great breakfast

The room I stayed in was gorgeous and huge. It was clean and the bathroom was massive. The location was perfect.

My mum uses a wheelchair, the owner hadn't been told, my mistake, I should have emailed them to let them know. We had to carry mum up the steps. There is a ramp in the back but it wasn't readily available as they had a dog that needed to be moved etc. We cut our stay short, mum couldn't face the steps again!

The bathroom was a bit tight but usable.

The room upgrade which was very good and the breakfast which was superb. A good choice for a Guest House in Scarborough, I'd go there again.

The prime asset of this B&B are the owners, who are so friendly and welcoming that I now wouldn’t wish to stay anywhere else during my annual visit to watch the cricket. Facilities are clean, comfortable and more than adequate. Breakfast nicely cooked and presented and sufficient in quantity to virtually get me through to my evening meal. Overall, a lovely and welcoming place to stay, offering excellent value for money. Thank you to Kay and Derek.
