Great location in the Cape Winelands
Beautiful rooms, very comfortable and with every amenity to make it as comfortable as possible

Great place that put you back in times. You are taking place in a movie!
House is just a piece of history and your room like your flat back home.
Place around also beautiful with grape fields.
Be aware - food is not included and better to bring your own.

A bit disappointed that it’s rated as 5 star. Nothing specifically wrong with it. However the perceived experience of a 5 Star facility did not live up to expectations

We spend five nights here and it felt like coming home. The warmth and care of Michel and all staff made the entire experience incredible. The property is beautiful with amazing views. Breakfast is great, as are the wines. Rooms are beautiful. Can't recommend it highly enough.

the place is very peaceful and comfortable. the concept of honesty bar is very nice and we feel like home. there is generator during power off.

Michel was an amazing host, welcoming us with warmth into her beautiful space. We loved our short visit! The bed was AMAZING!!

Lovely, friendly staff, good prior comms on any special requests eg breakfast, and excellent value for money given the spacious room with desk/working area, good wifi etc
Onky foriegn beer available in the bar! SA has worldclass beers, plus there are numerous excellent local craft breweries, so this was strange..

The setting, rooms and country house were exceptional. Moreover the staff made us feel so at home and were very accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend Lyngrove and will definately be back to visit soon.

Beautiful peaceful setting surrounded by vineyards and mountains. Fabulous selection of their own wines available, lovely breakfast, friendly staff and an idyllic spot outside on the patio to eat breakfast in the morning or enjoy a glass of wine as the sun sets.
Tennis court is in need of repair and the pool needs a little TLC

The house and rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The Aircon is excellent. The breakfast was wonderful.

The room, hostess and tranquil setting made for a relaxing, affordable getaway! What a pleasure!
Unfortunately the breakfast was a bit of a let down. Too general for the extra price we paid.

Warm breakfast was a little underwhelming compared to other hotels I've stayed at. And at restaurant I feel I can get better value for the same cost.

Lovely place, but with little room for improvements. Rooms are big and nice, equipped with everything. Antoinette is a really nice person and perfect host. The property is really nice, you can relax with perfect views around the pool. There’s an Honesty Bar, where you can get some drinks, especially the Lyngrove wines.
Getting in/out without an own car can be very difficult (outside office hours) because there are several gates to reach the property.
