The location was great because it is really close to the ADO bus station of Cancun

AC not working, room phone not working, bathroom really old. Neighborhood not nice, really loud music until 4 am, difficult to sleep.

This whole place is grim, and has an overwhelming smell of awful disinfectant . After looking at 3 rooms, we agreed to sleep in one since we were exhausted and had already paid for it. I slept in my clothes, and did not even open my suitcase. There was no hot water. The air conditioner worked in the 3rd room. That's the only positive thing I can say. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

The location was ideal for us,it was close to the ADO bus terminal and situated next to Avenida Tulum where we could take the R1 local bus to the Hotel Zone at MXN $12 pesos each . If you want a feel of Mexico and locals take stroll to Mercado 25 and have breakfast or lunch at local rates with local people ,there's plenty of opportunity to experience the tourist trail and more importantly to me is to experience local culture in its natural setting , by staying around this area gives you choices that will not disappoint.

The lack of a fridge in the room.otherwise I would have rated higher .
