Well located modern hotel. We stayed here during a 24 hour stopover and it was a good choice. It is very close to Incheon town with restaurants, cafes and shops nearby. It is about 30 minutes by taxi from Incheon Airport Terminal 1 - against over an hour to transit into Seoul itself. Room was very clean, functional and reasonably sized for 2 people for one night. Polite and helpful staff.

I like the location of this hotel. Ideal for those who want to be relatively close to the airport but more quiet than seoul. Breakfast is good; Reception was helpful.

I was in this hotel previously with a harbour view room and we quite liked it. As I wanted to watch over the city I did not book the harbour view room this time. Unfortunately we got a room on the lowest floor which was extremely small, had not view (blocked by an other building,was not clean and smelled of cigarette. We tried to stay there but had to change. The reception was very freindly and provided us a harbour view room which was much better as substantially bigger (as we did not need to close the curtains). However, it was also not really clean.... Therefore: Recommended to book a Harbour view room. No risk in getting a small room with blocked view... Somehow I think that this hotel with some refurnishment, closer care about cleanliness and a solution how to cool their rooms (we had to sleep in a room with more than 30 degrees) could increase substantially.

good location, not far from station, and near the market and Chinatown, 7 -11 just downstairs. very clean Tks to the housekeeping team.

Hotel facility is good, Room is comfy. Staffs are helpful. They calls a taxi for us to airport.

The location, perfect to visit Chinatown and get a taxi for an early flight. The staff is nice.

I booked a twin room with an harbour view but it was burning hot when we entered. It was suffocating (you cannot open the windows) and we couldn’t stay there (they brought a FAN to solve the problem…). They moved us to a smaller one bed room with the air conditioning… in November! = they obviously have issues with their heating! The restaurant choice for dinner doesn’t match the price which is quite expansive
