I liked the little touches all around like the amazing KORRES products in the rooms and lavender sachets provided at night for a comfortable sleep. Nice design overall as well

The AC in our room was very noisy the whole night making it difficult to sleep

AC Hotel had amazing accommodations. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Whether its the employees or the facilities, everything is top notch across the hotels we've stayed at. Can't beat it at this price. The gym offered Inbody measurements which is a plus! Laundry service was helpful with expedite option which returns your laundry in a few hours. The staffs were friendly and fully fluent in English.

I think the sauna was a paid option so I didn't get to try that out.

Everything is new and modern - good laundry facilities and excellent gym. Close to the metro (less then 3 minute walk)

Very clean hotel and room.

The room was small for a Queen Skyline view with massage chair,floor 16th. Price too high for a hotel like this, in my opinion it doesn’t look like a 4 stars hotel. It’s a 3 star hotel. But very clean.

The location was good

The room was very tiny, and I had paid extra for better facilities, but it wasn't worth it. The breakfast room was crowded, and it was loud.
