Amazing location, very kind and welcoming host. Delicious breakfast and stunning view from the room. I recommend.

Stunning location with incredible Dolomite mountain views. Location close to great hikes including Seceda. Free bus passes for our stay. Our host Linda and her daughter welcomed us like family and made our stay feel like home. Very clean and homely. Thank you for such a great stay, it has been our favourite place on our European trip!

we went for a week of skiing, the chalet was well situated to access three of the lifts. Our host, Linda, was very helpful regarding local tips etc given she is native to the area, and speaks 3 languages! the breakfast was continental, with bread delivered fresh from the local bakery, delicious! I cannot recommend this chalet highly enough

More choice for breakfast would be nice

We were greeted by a delightful couple who owned the Chalet and they were extremely helpful in getting us settled. The room was spotless and well kept and we had a small balcony which was great, as this meant we could really appreciate some stunning views of the mountains. The location was near transport which meant we could get to different local areas to walk by bus.

Very cozy and comfortable chalet in the very center of the village of Santa Christina run by owners Adelinda and her husband Franz was the perfect location for accessing the gondola system that takes it’s passengers to high alpine trails that further explore the wondrous vistas of the Dolomites high above Val Gardena. Adelinda and Franz keep their rooms spotless and the beds are very comfortable. There was nothing about the property that wouldn’t prevent me from rating our stay there a 10. Google doesn’t do the best job of guiding drivers to the location during the last 500 meters but that is for a different review!

The garni is run by a lovely elderly couple who took us in warmly. There were some difficulties in communication at first as neither of us guests speaks fluent German or Italian, but luckily one of the owners does speak rather good English among other languages. The room had a balcony with a view and the breakfast was plentiful. Overall it was a nice place to have as a base for day trips in the surrounding mountains.

The garni is a bit hard to find by car and parking is a nightmare due to steep hills, tight corners and overall lack of space. Fortunately the location is so central that you don't really need the car while in S. Cristina. I'm ca. 2 metres tall and the bed is ca. 10 cm less than that long, so being comfortable required some innovation.
